Is that the old version of tru spec combat top? I noticed the new ones have IR tabs on the sides

I got mine second hand about two years ago, I know that the military issue ones have IR tabs and it makes sense that the newer tru spec tops would have the IR tabs. The tru spec top that I used to make my ghillie suit had IR
