I struggled with it too but after 20 minutes i solved this problem, in this car the license plate can be edited through "carrozzeria 2" (i don't know how to say carrozzeria in english), anyway you don't have to add a sticker in "other" but in "carrozzeria 2" which is the hood, then move the camera to see the rear bumper and add the license plate.
