welcome back to another build! today i decided to make a cheap 8k home, which is great if youre starting out the game or just wanting to save money while you save up! enjoyyy

Carrie Lee You obviously don’t understand so I’ll explain. My house value said 180k, and when I deleted my plot to rebuild my house, it was only 80k. So I’m just saying, I highly doubt it’s only 8k.

Here are some tips to help:
1. If ur searching on yt to look for a house to build
And there’s no restroom/kitchen/living room You can just always expand it
2. if you want to go freestyle of your House/build ur own house then always don’t make it square
Or rectangles always make it room by room
3. Always add pillars if ur building an aesthetic house
It makes it more prettier and other stuff! It’s just for better
That’s it hope these tips are good!
