This is a fantastic song, one of my favorites in the game. Certainly not one of my favorites to squeeze, however. I missed 800 points from multiple activations. I know for sure the first, and I had a slightly modified path later on so I'm not clear on where else I missed out on points.

The noise the star power deployment makes sounded really good in that break after the first chorus. Like, I wish it was actually part of the song.

Just wondering- Everyone says that it’s annoying how GH1 is annoying because the HOPO’s don’t work right? What’s wrong with them that makes it hard?

You really have to play it to get a real sense of appreciation for the engine, but basically HOPOs only work if you hold down the note before it. So if you have a G R Y hopo set, you hit the green as normal, but don't let go of it and hammer on the red and yellow, while keeping the lower notes held down. It's inconvenient and inconsistent. The timing windows are really small too, so you need to be very precise. That's why it's just a safer bet to strum everything.
