👩🏻🍳 Notes from Aeriskitchen 1. This sauce is spicy, so adjust the spiciness to your tastes by reducing some of the hot pepper paste and powder. 2. If you do not like cold noodles, you can just drain the hot water and skip rinsing the noodles. 3. If you want to feed this to your kid, or if you cannot eat spicy food, you can skip the spicy sauce and mix all the other ingredients with the noodles and little bit of extra soy sauce. 4. Correction 1: It is 2 inch long thin strips for pickled radish and fried fish cake not 1½ inch. 😅 5. Correction 2: The Korean word for "Fried Fish Cake" is "EoMuk" not "YangPa" I'm sorry about my mistakes this week. Oops, 😢I will check it better next time. 🥺 6. Thanks for your love and support always. 🤩💕
I've lived in Korea for several years and miss all the food from there! I'm very picky when it comes to Korean dishes because I know what's good. I love how your video is arranged, very organized, simple, and I love how you would name the ingredients in Korean with English meaning! This helps me not to forget Korean. :) GREAT WORK!!! I'll be referring to your site when I want to make dishes I can't find in the states.
Yes, I know what you mean by being picky.. since you know the flavor, you will know what is authentic and good... I hope you try my recipes and can taste the authentic Korean dishes you had in Korea. :) That will bring good memories in Korea too. hehe Thanks :)
Wow, you remembered it.. wow.. Yes, I shared many delicious recipes on Sempio channel before. In that channel, the beginning, it was mostly recipes that I created...and later on, I posted the recipes that Sempio created. I no longer has the Sempio channel, but I'd like to share my recipes one by one later here since they are good recipes. :)

Aeri's Kitchen hi Aeri. My Neuralgia has gotten worse but I am lucky I have no other health problems. The coronavirus isn’t too bad over here since most of us are staying at home and grocery stores enforce a 6 feet rule and mask rule. Hope you guys are okay over there. I hear the east coast has been hit hardest. Stay safe and healthy 🙏💖
This looks so yummy 🤤 I always buy those noodles from the Asian market. I made japchae last week. I have to remember to take a pic and tag you on Instagram! Thanks for your recipes, Aeri! ❤❤❤
I'm interested in this dish unnie and I will write this in my notebook for future cooking so I won't forget! 😄 I can obtain all the ingredients in a nearby korean grocery store but it's in another town and we're not allowed to exit our town's border because of the lockdown though it's just a 5-min travel from my home 😭😭 my sisters will definitely love this if i cook this! Thank you for sharing this recipe unnie! 💕
Unnie do you ever make Baek Jong-won's recipes? I've recently become obsessed with his youtube channel. Between your channel, Maanghi and Baek Jong-won I could eat Korean food everyday haha
Hi Christina, Of course, I know Baek Jong Won and tried his recipe before. I love his cooking show and his personality. 😍 So many Koreans love him. hehe.. Wow, I feel honored to be one of your Korean cooking channel choices. Thanks :)
@@aeriskitchen I've watched your videos for a long long time!! A Korean grocery store finally opened near me, they even have vegetarian kimchi. I can't wait to expand my recipes finally now I can get more ingredients.
Sure you can..(I think.. make some flat egg and cut them into thin strips like the fish cake.) :) You can also use cooked shrimp or other seafood you like instead. Enjoy !!
There's something about when you get to mixing the food in my stomach begins to make noises of hunger. Is it expensive to buy the ingredients? Thank you for your video.😇
Everything looks great, especially for someone who lived in Busan for six years and misses it a lot! One thing, though: you accidentally put “yangpa” up on the screen when you were cutting up the eomuk. No big deal, just wanted to let you know!
Hi John, oops ~~~ you are right. Thanks for pointing out my mistake. @,@ 🥺😅 I'm glad you told me that.. I will try to check my video better before I post it next time. :)

yum! to make this vegan i can either fry mushrooms or seasoned tempeh or seasoned aburaage instead of the fish cakes.
👍 Good plan ~~ yay !!!

As long as many people want it, I will continue to teach the Korean words in my videos. Thanks for your positive feedback.

does vinegar means 'rice vinegar'? or just white vinegar?

can we change the noodle to rice noodle or just plain noodle?
