Perhaps a larger sprocket on the steam engine would help lower the torque requirement.

u need air core generator, build using thin wire 500 ~ 1000 turns two powerful neodymium magnets

There is no power at such a low pressure and the silicone tube still cannot withstand higher pressure, etc
