*WATCH THE VIDEO AT MAX BRIGHTNESS* HDR display recommended with atleast 1000 nits of peak brightness. Even the S20 FE 5G's 800Nits peak is not enough for full impact. Please Read the description to know about the footage and my perspective.
Have you clour graded this video or converted to any other format.because when i take video on my s20 fe in hdr 10+ and upload to socil media the colurs get washed offf.then how it happened for you
Not all "social media" sites support HDR10+. RUclips supports. For other websites you have to convert the footage to SDR Rec709 and then upload. For RUclips I didn't color grade. I imported the footage to filmora, used HLG color space, just did some cuts and added BGM, exported as HLG hevc .mov and uploaded to YT. HDR processing took 24hrs, after that HDR option came on YT.
If you don't have a PC, then you can just use the built in video editor. Just make some minor change, so that you get the export option. It'll export SDR Rec709 version, with proper colors and exposure.
When shooting HDR, the color space is changed to BT.2020 which has a much larger color pallete than SDR (Rec709), and depending on the tuning that Samsung has done, the RGB colors may look too vibrant, and also the telephoto isn't as accurate as the main sensor obviously. You can tweak the colors by editing them in a proper video editor that can correctly read BT2020. I didn't make too many changes, as HDR video editing is very hard.
