Evolution Goblin Cage in a Nutshell
Goblin Cage will be the Next Evolution Coming to Clash Royale
It will be obtainable from the Diamon Pass use Code Abdod if u wanna pay my rent
The Goblin Cage is a 1 cycle Evolution
It has a Funny Spawn SFX like the Evo Wizard
Stat wise the Cage itself has the Exact Same HP and Life time
The Goblin Brawler however gets a teeny tiny bit more HP when evolved
The Main Gimmick of the Evolved Cage is Kidnapping????
If u get close to this Dude he will grab you and shove you into his Cage and Beat your ass
Needless to say he doesn’t grab buildings or spells
His Damage inside the Cage is the exact same when he is out of the cage so its like if a Goblin Brawler is Punching your Giant
The way this works is that he will keep attacking whatever is pulled inside until he Takes it out
He Can only Take 1 Victim at a time so only after he kills the first one he grabs another
The Life time of the Cage Doesn’t drain quicker when he has someone else inside so there is no downside to this ability
It also doesn’t matter if he kidnaps a mini pekka or a knight as they both wont be able to attack and Resist the Goblin
His hands are Quite Short so he cant grab Ranged Troops
Unless your opponent is as dumb as a brick and placed them on the cage
And obviously he cant grab Flying Troops because bro is not Luffy
Against swarm this evolution is Practically useless because itll just get overwhelmed easily
Against a Beatdown push its borderline broken because once the main tank is taken inside the tower will target whatever is behind it
The reason is the troop that’s inside is temporarily non existent
A splash attack like Magic Archers arrow wouldn’t affect it
It also wouldn’t help block a void so the void will get full damage despite having “2” troops in it
Like honestly just look at this mighty miner hog push and tell me defending it this way doesn’t feel cracked
But lets rewind to show u why its not broken
The issue with it is if they break the cage the Hog will be set free so it’s a bit risky
When the Cage is broken sometimes the Troop will spawn above it
And in other times it will spawn below it like this
The difference is based on true blue true red so if the enemy cage spawned your troop away from their King tower
Then your cage will spawn their troop Closer to your King tower for some reason
It does change a few interactions because of the difference of distance based on the spawn location but In a chaotic match you wont notice it that much
The Range on the Cage is actually long enough to grab a charging prince before it connects
The Bandit doesn’t get grabbed mid dash cuz she is untargetable in that state
and MK is safe because he is flying Question Mark?
It can also cancels spawning Abilities like the one Evo Goblin Giant has
Goblin machine cant shoot rockets if its getting beat up
And ram rider snare doesn’t work but the sound is still there?
When it comes to Champions u cant activate their ability while they are inside
But if they get pulled during the ability it doesn’t get caceled
The monk for example will take reduced damage
And he can still reflect spells while inside so that’s cool
Other Abilities it cant cancel is KO abilities like the Giant skeleton bomb
Or evo wizard shield
Its good to note Death spawned troops would spawn outside then get taken inside again
But Canon cart doesn’t get kidnapped again cuz its technically a Building now
An interesting one is evo knight because if it gets caught while walking the shield will be active during the Beat up session
But if u catch him while he is attacking he wont have his shield up and would die quicker
Control effects like freeze would stop the Goblin inside from punching which gives you more time to save your Pekka
And your rage speeds him up as expected
If he grabs an Electro Giant he gets shock damage on the first hit but then the rest of the shocks would deal no damage which leads me to believe this might be a Bug

This evolution might be my fav. It just kidnaps any enemy, no matter how big or how small, with its weirdly funny arm, and can beat up literal giant enemies in side a small cage. Its so goofy I love it

@legarsquialaflemmedesetrou8786 while it always looks like you are blue and the enemy is red. That is not how the game sees it
One of you is true blue and the other is true red. This causes small interaction changes (like troop targeting or placements (specifically tesla is harder to place for one of you)) since the arena is not symmetrical, there are tricks to figure out what color you are. But i suggest you look them up

Changing the programming of the arena would mess with many interactions, it would take a lot of work to fix it
The arena looms symetrical, but the game doesn't see it as symetrical. One of you has to be at the bottom of the arena (blue) and one of you has to be at the top (red)
Since the game is played with the player always being at the bottom. The game rotates one of you to make it appear that way
This will cause tropps to calculate differently
TEST/EXAMPLE
Placing the tesla if youre true blue will put it on the right side of your finger (where you tapped)
Placing the tesla if youre true red puts it on the left side
(Making it a mirrored effect)
True blue is the person who pressed the battle button first. So if you start a friendly battle you will always be blue

Yeah we just have to break it .... with what ? The card cost 4 elexir and modt of the card used to try taking the tower are over 5 . That mean he can defend the goblin cage better than we can attack it
Use any big spell. Or any swarm card. Or multiple win conditions. Or use split lane pressure to avoid it. Seriously, this logic is like saying zap is broken because it counters skarmy.
@@IneffableMasquerade you talking about a 6 elexir card between the 2 their is a marge of 4 elexir allowing a lot of option in the sparkky case (1 zap + another unite ) . the only way to counter a this 2 elexir it is to etheir use a spell on the bring so they can't get to the tower or overspend in defense witch is a big losing situation

After 8 years....im throwing away beatdown because this game is just becoming less and less viable for it
I actually really like this idea. It's pretty balanced compared to their normal releases, so maybe an hp decrease to the brawler or having the evolution be 2 cycles would be better.

they really need to do some work, like to lower the damage per hit inside the cage and make the grabs faster and give the regular goblin cage both a 200 hp buff cuz there are better buildings that the goblin cage and 10/10 times, those building are better than the cage
