1960's 8mm Cine Film: Boy's Scout March through Chaddesden, Derby

I've digitised some of My Uncle Bill Brown's 8mm cine films which he kindly left me.
The movie was taken from the window of a house on Bangor Steet, Chaddesden, Derby, U.K (I made a mistake on the title screen sorry!).
The clip shows a brigade of scouts marching along the street, with band and banners.
