Goal was to eat over 10lbs of food without eating anything a 2nd time. I also had to eat all of whatever I took from the buffet. How did I do? How is the food at Ichiban Buffet in Springfield, PA?

True, there is drama all over. I get it though. I have had rough times and done things I shouldn't have. I am glad for the most part that is in my past though and I hope it stays in the rear mirror. All we can do is make the most out of what we have
There is always a building exit through the kitchen, to use in an emergency. People are too wound up and under a lot of pressure in these past 18 months. Lots of fights breaking out on airplanes, for example. Stay safe, or as safe as possible.

I just stay indoors like the quarantine never ended (did it? that's news to me), grab some cheese popcorn, sit back, and watch the world burn live from various camera feeds.

My old amigo sat there eating from lunch to dinnertime at the Ichiban out there in Manuank Pennsylvania....he brought a book and would graze from the buffet for hours....yea that buffet had everything!🐖
Never heard of Ichiban. It's close to a big eater character name in literature. In fact, I think a great buffet name would be Ichabod Crane.

There’s a sweet and sour sauce for the chicken. It’s orange and probably nearby . Also a delicious soy,sugar vinegar garlic sauce for the dumplings. You’re missing out!

I’m 52, 6’4” and roughly 280 so I have to be careful but pizza and wings, I can eat, probably 50 wings and pizza, a large but not too often 🤪

If I may make a suggestion or two... Try out the 'East Gourmet Buffet' up in The Poconos located at Bartonsville, PA. That place ranks as one of the very best buffets of its kind for me having sampled hundreds of them all over the U.S. and elsewhere.
"Cheng's" in Rio Grande, NJ, is the most local to me where I reside 'down the shore' which is hit or miss at best. I recall you trying out '19 Buffet' here a couple years ago which did not last long and is permanently closed now.
So always been curious what percentage of large capacity eaters actually keep the food down after the video ends?

I am not big on the calorie challenges. I have dozens of those amount of calories on my channel but I really total the calories. They are like mumble rap to me. I don't get why they are popular. If I did a 24 hr, I would get lots of questions like How do we know you didn't throw up after everytime you ate...

Definitely depends what you are into. My wife doesn't like buffets at all, doesn't understand them. Food quality is rarely the same as ordering off a menu. However when I get the same quality food off the menu, all I can think is "I could have paid less, gotten the same quantity AND as much as I wanted...LOL

I really enjoy the buffet videos and just wished we had as many buffets in our area that you do. Probably better we don’t, ha ha ha. This food overall looked like some of the poorer quality food items that you’ve eaten at a buffet. That one buffet that’s inside the grocery store is incredible! Of course so is Shady Maple.
