That's why its priced so high. Those are the best binned cores you can possibly get from AMD, 96 of them on each 7995 WX. you'd better know what you're doing if you're gonna buy one of those chips.
Most people buy HEDT not only for the extra cores that they may or may not use for multitasking but also for the extra PCIe resources. Only reason I have a threadripper is due to the extra PCIe lanes. Have a 3090ti and 2 NVMe expanders for my Kioxia CD8 drives I have. Standard consumer CPUs just don’t have enough lanes and CPU cores for my needs.

Counting eggs in any orientation or environment would be incredibly tricky to program, but quite easy to slap on an unnecessarily complicated neural network to solve problem.
