You're using the term 'severe' TBI in this video. Does a TBI diagnosis specifically need to be classified with that descriptor to qualify for this special compensation? Thanks for the informative video.

Question: Was the change in statute for SMC-t or SMC-R2?
The Qualifying Vet with a TBI without obvious physical injuries but serious and chronic Residual Effects was placed in R2.
    Thank you

My TBI was referred as mild and a concussion. My doctor signed the documents for smc T June 2024. It is now October 2024 and nothing.

How about the fact that I have a TBI and I asked for legal help from these guys, and flat out told me no because i'm in oregon and their in Florida, THAT'S BS!!! THEY WILL HELP YOU BUT NOT ME, WHEN I MAKE GOVERNOR OF OREGON WE'LL SEE WHAT HELP I'LL OFFER TO VETERANS COMPARED TO THESE GUYS 😢😢😢😢
