Wasn't in the notes but they also removed/increased the 9,999 limit on items so we no longer have a mailbox full of unclaimed B Grade Fragments.
Been saving my divination for months. Had over 400, and yesterday I spent them all getting sagat to SSS. I had a feeling there would be a good divination drop coming. I wish I waited a day.

Budo battle is so dumb lol. Gouken teams still fail with VVega, which is largely due to poor combo lineups, so there's no reason to not pick Bison. They've reduced the number of times Gouken shows up and slightly increased the number of times Bison does (after they nerfed it heavily the first time). So... yeah. The only exception would be if Gouken (for some reason) gets OBison... which would be weird. Otherwise, it's Bison team the whole way for me. Also the Action Guy patch notes talking about Ultimates having a translation correction is just a chefs kiss moment of comedic sadness for this game.
i'm assuming by ultimates they mean their super? and they just been playing too much sf6 and called them ults xD
But why can't they just start adding sf5 and 6 characters?
Because this game is licensed for SF4. They would have to acquire more licenses to add anyone from any other SF game. Think of them like collab units basically. Obviously it would be a faster process since it would be Capcom licensing their own characters but crunchyroll would still have to go thru the process nonetheless
I think they don't own the necessary licenses from capcom so only allowed SF4
He was technically already in the game you could accesss his kit on the P sagat trials he had a inturrupt kit but let's see if it stayed the same.
that guy bug fix i think is the super combo lv 2 and lv 3 buff/passive are now translated correctly.
Seth sucks.
