Hi Minerva! Another handy video thank you! I wondered what fold over elastic was about, and now I know. However - I’d like to mention one thing about all your videos that I have watched and I don’t know if any other people have mentioned this, but it is so disconcerting watching everything back to front. The camera has everything like in a mirror, so on this one the sewing machine looks weird as it is mirrored, I wonder if you understand what I mean? I hope you can sort this out without too much of a problem! No other You Tube videos I have watched have this issue. Thanks again x

Thanks Karen. Yes, I filmed my earlier videos on selfie mode to ensure that everything was in shot but I have now started to flip the finished film to eliminate this so eventually as the older ones are released the problem will not happen.

Hi Jo! Thank you so much for these great tutorials! Have you used or do you think the maraflex and a straight stitch would work for this?

Yes I have been using it this week and it is brilliant. It doesn't tangle up and makes a stretchy stitch with a sewing machine straight stitch. You have to make your stitch a bit longer than usual but it is best to try it on a test piece first.
