    1. Synchronize 50 Pound Dribbles (Low, Middle High)
    2. Alternating Dribbles 50 REPS (Low, Middle, and High) The next drill we're
    3. Window Wipers 50 REPS in front (Low, Middle, High).
    4. UP and Backs. Keep 'em tight onto your side (50 REPS)
    5. Between the Legs Crossover (25 Dribbles on the Left and 25 Dribbles on the Right Side)
    6. IN-OUT Dribbles (50 Dribbles Low, Middle, High)
    7. Stagger Dribbles (Right hand High Dribble and Left Hand low Dribble)
    ( Left hand high and Right Hand Low) 25 Reps Each Side
    8. Crossovers, 50 1 Pound Dribbles Crossovers.
