I love the older neighbourhoods and the character homes. I’m sad to see them tearing down the old houses and replacing them with infill houses. I’m currently house sitting a home on Balmoral Drive. They called it home since 1960! I love the history of that neighbourhood and always feel privileged to house sit for them every summer. Lacombe park is my favourite spot of all though. I hailed from Bertha Kennedy Community School. Thanks for taking us on a tour of the beautiful community I’m proud to call home. Great video as usual Evan!
Eventually the old homes need to get replaced to rejuvenate the neighborhoods. It may be a bit sad, but I see it as a good thing long-term! Thanks for the kind words my friend 🙏
@@Evan_Cochlin I suppose there is some merit to that. Eventually things will wear out, and sometimes out with the old and in with the new isn’t such a bad thing. Times change and dynamics change.
