The IIFT Kolkata issue will get solved when 23-25 batch graduates cz now it will have independent placements as now Delhi will have pooled placements with the IIFT GIFT city campus. The current avg & median for IIFT Delhi+Kolkata are 29 & 26.5 lpa, so it looks like iift kolkata could very well have a median north of 23-24lpa.
IIT Delhi is definitely parallel to SIBM Pune and better than IIM Udaipur/Trichy and VGSom is equivalent to IIM Trichy and Ranchi. TISS ODCL could also have been added in the IIM Raipur and IIFT Kolkata category.
You know I will choose IIT Delhi over any new IIM , MDI Gurgaon, NMIMS or SIBM as well. Because of ROI Factor and still a better avg package then all these callege. I recommend you all to do your own research rather then believeing in this shitty rankings.

The rankings are really biased. But I am afraid some student may select a college based on these rankings which will be a career suicide. Imagine someone selecting nmims mumbai over IIT Delhi based on these rankings

Adding to that just have a look at XIMB Alumni, from Stand up comics like Rupali Tyagi to the newly appointed CEO of Cognizant, it has 30+ years of legacy and second to only XLRI in XAT, IIMs are owned by governments no wonder why they'll be high up on NIRF but no way Rohtak or even Udaipur is better than XIMB. Have had interactions with XAHR, XRM, XSM, and BM students, RM and SM being the new wings will eventually catch up, XAHR is pretty damn good and BM is really rigorous, also this list doesn't consider B-school case competitions maybe because the Newer IIMs don't rank well in those.

NMIMS Mumbai have offered roles like Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Senior Human Resource Manager, Strategic Consulting in brands like ITC, Mahendra, Britannia, Google, Microsoft, AON, Asian Paints, General Electrics, Goldman Sachs, Bain and company, BCG, McKinsey etc. Got to know this after extensive research from alumni of the college who are working in this companies. So I think that it should be ranked in top 20.
It is very unfair to use ranking system for colleges. Instead use a band system. Lets say no 21-24 are in the band csuse they are very close and so on.

IRMA's Median salary is 15.7 and it's total fees is 16.4 Lakhs for the whole program including hostels and other expenses. It is better than MICA,GLIM and few other baby IIMs. IRMA is a semi government college that's why they don't advertise much but IRMA is a hidden gem. IRMA is among the very few colleges who have third party audit of their placement report.

Just because you are from iim vishakhapattanam you placed it at the top. Many prefer iit vgsom above. I don't know how you ranked it above when median package and roles are better at vgsom. Biased.

It’s a good college. Talk with alumni and current students to get a better understanding of the course and see if that aligns with your goals. It will help you in taking a more informed decision.
