Shion has causality manipulation of a higher level because of that she can move in a suspended world. Rimuru doesn't have a plot manipulation in tensura nobody has except Veldanava(god) who created promise land and even that is never shown.

Something funny I just realized is, that yogiri said, if a being could suprise him it could kill him and that he can only see if someone wants to kill him. If rimuru thinks to eat him or just transport him to another spatial dimension then yogiri couldnt do anything as he wouldnt see it coming.
Instant Death cosmology is much higher than Tensura and it's not even close. Gods like UEG, Luu, Alexia, Kyuuzaburou and Great Sage Mitsuki already outscales Rimuru and Yogiri is just overkill.
ID cosmology scales to High 1-A just like the characters i mentioned except Yogiri cuz he scales much higher in LN Volume 15. Now let's scale ID cosmology (without LN Volume 15 included)
Celestial Foundations/Heavenly Records
The Celestial Foundation (also called Heavenly Record) is the universe/timeline itself. Differently from a normal timeline, a celestial foundation consists of not only the universe, but also a vessel/canopy that envelops said universe
The Celestial Foundation is capable of containing multiple timelines simultaneously. Whenever Darian died, his soul was able to travel back in time. Every time he travelled back to the past because of his death, it created an entirely different timeline
There are numerous parallel worlds inside the Celestial Foundation
This is supported by Lynel's Random Walk ability. Every time he dies, he is sent to parallel universes with different possibilities to ensure his survival. And he is stated to have died "countless times"
As we know from the above, Celestial Foundations capture everything on a conceptual level. This would also include dimension as dimensions are considered elements of a universe, resulting in a Celestial Foundation containing the concept of dimensions
The Abyss
The Abyss is a dimension that is presumably within the celestial foundation of Yogiri's original world before he was isekai'd. It contains 4 spatial dimensions and seemingly one of time, as the King could age and starve to death while inside it.
The Sea
The Sea is a multiverse that contains all celestial foundations. It is stated possess a countless amount of them. The foundations are structured in a stacked abstract vertical hierarchy. The energy flows from the top to bottom, and due to that, one needs a tremendous amount of power to transfer from a lower world to a higher world. In addition, the Sea itself is also stated to be infinite.
Foundation Eater/Heavenly Record Eater
The HREs are cosmic beings of immense size that swims throughout the Sea. They are big enough to dwarf entire celestial foundations and constantly eat those for nourishment, but also for consumption of knowledge and raw information derived from them.
Celestial Axis
The Celestial Axis is a "conceptual corridor" that connects all words, acting as a metaphysical bridge that a god can walk on to reach another world
Higher Universes
The higher universes (not to be confused with universes higher in the hierarchy of the Sea), are universes situated beyond the Sea. Taking UEG's statement into account after Toichirou managed to step into a higher universe, it is implied that they are "much more of a higher-dimensional" structure than the Sea. In addition, each higher universe is contained by a larger higher universe, which is in turn contained by a yet larger higher-universe, and so on. And each of those higher universes were equated to a higher dimension that consenquently dwarfs the previous.
They were in a sea of stars.
It was not the Sea that contained the celestial foundations that housed their worlds, but a different space ruled by different laws.
It was a universe beginning with a big bang.
It was a world where planets revolved around stars, stars gathered into constellations, constellations mixed with nebulae to form galaxies, galaxies came together to make up clusters, and clusters were organized into superclusters. That was the kind of world it was.
"You are much more of a higher-dimensional being than I thought. I did not expect something like this."
UEG calmly appeared behind Toichiro.
She had followed him from an entirely different world first, so it was no surprise she could follow him here as well.
Now what would follow up would be even greater tragedy.
They would both leap between universes, trying to predict their opponent's moves and erase their destination before they made it there.
They would attempt to jump out of the dimensional space occupied by their opponent and destroy it from the outside.
As they did, their opponent would jump to an even higher-dimensional universe and attempt the same thing.
There should have been no end to the cycle, but suddenly there was.
Toichirou's attack had erased the universe containing the UEG.
Going by the above, there might be an infinite amount of higher universes. While it is more or less implied to be a theory from Kouryu's part, half of it was already directly proven true in the battle of UEG against Toichirou, and considering how Kouryu is Nigh-Omniscient and the most knowledgeable entity shown thus far in the verse (even in comparison to other Nigh-Omniscient beings), it isn't far fetched to assume its validity.
One might say that the higher universes being considered "higher-dimensional" would be a contradiction (since they are above Celestial Foundations, which already contain the concept of dimensions) but not necessarily. Lower universes or Celestial Foundations are stated to be "in and of itself" (existing of its own capacity or independently) and being the foundation of everything on a conceptual level it'd be conceptually isolated from anything else.
The reason why this would apply to the higher universes is because the higher universes which contain and dwarf the lower ones would also as a result have their own higher concepts or foundation "in and of itself" that everything is a part of as they do not share the concepts of the lower worlds. This is further supported by them having their own laws.
This would mean that there is an ontological difference between lower and higher universes, having their own ontologically higher version of dimension thus not being a contradiction.
Ultimate Ensemble World (Mitsuki World)
The Ultimate Ensemble is the totality of existence, the collectivity of all worlds, including the Sea, higher universes, and places beyond even those. It contains worlds with different laws each, which are also nested within each other:
The novel uses the same kanji used to refer for Tegmark's Ultimate Ensemble (究極集合). But since it's somewhat ambiguous, it's only possibly considered to be Tegmark's Ultimate Ensemble.
The End
Also known as Yogiri's true self, it is the end of all things. An embodiment of nonexistence that overcomes all others, and from which everything returns to after their end/deaths, of which there is nothing beyond, not even Fate and Plot itself, as those are also equally terminated in front of this calamity. Kouryu, an extremely knowledgeable god in regards to the cosmology of the multiverse, compared Yogiri to a natural limiter of reality, in which it is the inevitable end of the line that puts in check whatever god or entity that tries to destroy all of creation, ensuring its safety and balance, even if indirectly. It is omnipresent across all of space and time. According to the author, this true form is beyond the concept of dimensions entirely, to the point where no amount of dimensional stacking would be able to reach it.

The Abyss: 3-A, possibly Low 1-C
Celestial Foundations: High 1-B+
The Sea: 1-A
Celestial Axis: 1-A
Higher Universes: Varies from At least 1-A to 1-A+
Ultimate Ensemble: 1-A+, possibly High 1-A
The End: 1-A+, possibly High 1-A
Now there is LN Volume 15 which brings the V-Road hierarchy of omnipotence, a structure of infinite and inaccessible higher levels of R>F transcendances over the Fujitakaverse which holds the entire cosmology of ID except The End which is outside of everything i said previously.
There are the Supreme Gods and Goddesses who are infinite and inaccessible in number and all greater than each other, each of which reached a distinct higher level of the V-Road.
And There is the Ultimate God who reached the top of the V-Road and can interact with the world of us readers.
Then there is the Ultimate Ensemble, not the one of the Mitsuki World, the one which is the totality of existence, the collectivity of all worlds, including the Fujitakaverse, V-Road, and places beyond even those.
Even the world of us readers is a part of the Ultimate Ensemble, which means it holds metafiction as any world beyond the Novel is included.
And finally there is The End which is outside of everything I said previously.
Conclusion

V-Road: High 1-A to High 1-A+
Ultimate Ensemble: High 1-A+, possibly Tier 0
The End: High 1-A+, possibly Tier 0
And The End is Yogiri's True Form which means that Yogiri is 1-A, possibly Tier 0.
And his Avatar is 1-A, possibly High 1-A cuz with 2 gates open he killed UEG who is 1-A, possibly High 1-A.
And with 3 gates open he killed the connection between Mitsuki's dream and the Ultimate Ensemble (Mitsuki World) which is 1-A+, possibly High 1-A.
Yogiri's True Form embodies and represents the nonexistence from which all of existence and nonexistence comes back to at their ends/deaths, with all of creation being entirely conceptual in the literal sense. Which means that he has Nep2
Yogiri's True Form can be likened to a pure unity of nothingness in which stands outside of all concepts that comprise the verse, with everything that exists, including dualities, being eventually merged/returned into that single state of nothingness at the end of all things. Which means that he has Transduality type 2.
Yogiri has plot/meta-plot manipulation, resistance and immunity to plot/meta-plot manipulation and can bypass resistance and immunity to plot/meta-plot manipulation.

Something interesting to keep in mind. Anos (at least in the anime) scales to 4 or 5 dimensional via the silver sea (while each layer does use a type of hierarchy. It doesn't have evidence that each layer is infinite in size or has an infinite amount of time, in other words those layers might transcend each other but there's not a dimensional difference between any of them). And zeno is debatably either 3 or 4 dimensional (depends on interpretations of his power and cosmology) despite his attack potency. Which means that anos can also solo Dragon ball. also as someone who knows about Veldanava from the tensura light novel and has seen Yogiri's anime, I can safely say that Veldanava is capable of beating Yogiri if we assume they were on the same level of power (Yogiri may be the end, But Veldanava has arguably one of the best types of omnipotence in fiction)

@aza771I don’t think u understand yogiri, there are gods dimensions higher than yogiris verse but he can still kill them even when they have had beyond imagination. Yogiri can say death and probably kill Rimurus death manipulation, also the yogiri we see in the manga is infinitely weaker than his full power as he intentionally placed 100 seals on himself so he couldn’t accidentally destroy everything. Fully unsealed yogiri isn’t human and is more of a complete transendtal being very similar to azatoth, and I wonder what rimurus stronger skill is based of? That’s right: “void god azatoth”

People Don't understand what dimenisonality means... and they try to say characters are 5D, 7D,9D blah blah...
but people like us who only perceive things in 3D we don't understand much about higher dimension ... higher Dimensional being is someone who percieve all the realities, causalities and transcend Space-time itself.... Rimuru is not bounded by any kind of law that exist and can exist (It is mentioned by Ciel in WN which literally makes him boundless) This literally puts Rimuru being the highest Dimensionality being... He has trancended all causalities(free from causalities),all reality control and transcended time and space...as well as he is also all omniscient and omnipotent being..

Omniscient probably not as Veldanava is the omniscient one, Omnipotent? Yes, as he already has most the Ultimate skills, US Values series, and the Ciel series (Love craft Deities), but if Rimuru were to accept Ciel's offer of reacreating the world then yes he would be Omniscient.

Explanation time:
Tensura verse has no parallel worlds and time, but other World which all are different dimensions. The dimensionality is based on amount of magic a world can have.
Heaven > Spiritual realms > cardinal world > semi spritual> semi material> physical world.
Cardinal world was strongest semi spritual world which can hold full might of true dragons. This all are 2A cosmology. A material universe would erase just by true dragon release it's haki.
Suspended world:
It was an existence that time, space and dimensions doesn't exist. It was outside time and space which is 1C. So many people can access this realm in tensura verse, like 20 or so and top 10 strongest tensura characters can create their own suspended world. And Inside this realm the physical strength and speed is literally "Immeasurable".
Now in vol 21, the Labrinth was mentioned as different dimensions😅, all the floors are different dimensions on their own.
Ramiris can create a infinite number of them but the only limitation is her mental power, she basically omniscient in those dimension and imagine if she get's infinite information from infinite amount of dimensions! Ramiris simply can hold that much information. Ramiris is 1A character in vol 21 but the limits are her computing level. So 100 Dimensions added.
1B tire by Labrinth dimensions.
Sub Space concept: It was not void between universes but void between dimensions. In this place the time and space are in continuous vibration called "time space Strom" this thing would transport things to un identified dimensions in unknown time which would make the return impossible... Only people with time space manipulation and domination can even survive in this void of realities. It was 1B cosmology concept.
Finally Promise land:
A place that exists outside the tensura, basically a dream of promise. Rudra was the only person who can call people from other side of this uncomprehensable existence.
It was considered as 0 tire but need more details about this place to scale.
Cosmology vise tensura and Misfit are the most complex structure after DC. So yes Yogiri can't do a shit against Rimuru and Anos.
Anos is 1B and well as Rimuru. This two can even scale up to 1A without problem.

Majority of your statements are true, except for 3 things:
1. Ramires labyrinth got debunked to 3D, the floors are not higher dimensions & Veldora was one that made the upper floors stronger and also help Ramires with other functions of the labyrinth.
So you can't use that statement to get Tensura universe to 1-B to Tier 0.
2. Silver Sea got got debunked to Multiversal, so Anos is that level in terms of power.
This means Rimuru and other mid-high tier Tensura characters in terms of power solo the entire Misfit verse, because they are higher than Multiversal and Tensura universe is Complex Multiverse.
3. Rimuru and Anos doesn't win against Yogiri. Yogiri one shot them.
Yogiri one shot God/Goddess in his story that above Reader of the LN, which is R>F.
and Ultimate God, who's the strongest God who rule over the Instant Death Cosmology, interacted face to face with the LN reader, told them not to mess with Yogiri, he stated that he can't win against Yogiri, saw many Gods/Goddess who were around his power level died to Yogiri, that's why he never try to interact with Yogiri.(Volume 11, 14 & 15)

@aza771in this case tho, our real world is inside Instant Death ultimate ensemble, this is why Ultimate God is talking face to face to LN reader, when the reader finally got to the V-ROAD. also Ultimate God stated that he's something like a God if he does by ln reader world beliefs in different types of Gods and LN reader is also a god too.
Putting Rimuru up against Marvel or DC comics would be more fair. There are more characters in those multiverses that can stand up to or exceed Rimuru.
I heard DC and Marvel comics were strong. Personally I don't read them or even really watch most of the movies.

Yogiri vs Rimuru is tough. Yogiri is the End of all Fate a Universal constant, wherein existence will inevitably end. It could be argued that since Rimuru didn't die when he was sent to the End of Time he would be immune to Yogiri's death hax. But my solution to this is where they fight. If they fight in Rimuru's verse with all its established rules from the LN Rimuru is effectively Immune to Yogiri but if its in Yogiri's verse with Yogiri's own rules in his verse he wins.
the things is, what yogiri doesnt have is "adaptability" and "reactive evolution" as well as "mimicry". this can be advantage of rimuru to adapt to the new cosmology (in note, this gonna works if the cosmo of the said series is same or lower than tensura, fyi my own scaling has rim at outer, on par with yogiri).
End of time in Tensura universe scale lower than Instant Death universe,
And Yogiri end people story with his Hax, and we know that Rimuru story will finish soon, since there's a rumor that next LN Volume of Tensura will be the end of the story.

there is another problem, the dimensionality difference exist, lower dimensional can't interact to higher dimensional including plot manip, as for my own scaling, rim far surpass sinbad in cosmo and dimensionality, thx to latets vol who amped whole cosmology of the series.
Rimuru would win these fights no dif. The strongest on this list are yogiri (1A - 1A+) and Sinbad who is also 1A - 1A+.
After that is anti spiral with a scale of H1B - L1A and than Anos with L1B - 1B.
The tensura Vers is between H1A+ and 0+.
The Labyrinth alone is already L1A.

Ok thanks for letting me know because most of the stuff I've seen on these fights have called Rimuru 2-b level saying these characters stump because they are higher. In antispiral case they said his verse is 11 dimensional so he stumps.

In Rimuru Vs Yogiri battle I will say it's a Stalemate because Yogiri has no way to Harm Rimuru because of his Transcended :- 2,3 physiology and NEP :- 2 also Rimuru don't have to way's to destroy Yogiri because he is a Concept of End.

Rimuru has literally a skill that lets him control fate itself, so no that fight is over before it even began -> beyond neg dif
Saitama's punch will be rendered useless by Physical Attack nullification. And even if Saitama's attack goes beyond Physical Rimuru still has Absoulute Defense (which is dogshit, but still somewhat effective), Castle Guard, Velzard's fixation barrier. And Enough skills to render Saitama's attack useless not to mention True Dragon durability + Infinite Regeneration
