If anything Rimuru's durability and stamina would be his best shot, hax, gags, matter manipulation, time control, ect. have long since been power crept in Dragon ball. Beerus flicked away Arale who literally busted out the panels of her own manga to bother people in the dragon ball verse. But that's Beerus, not Goku, but we do know Goku surpassed at least that suppressed version of Beerus during the TOP arc but we don't actually know how strong Beerus is at full power.
Merged Zamasu fused with all the timelines and the fabric of the universe itself and was granted immortality and was one shot by Xeno, only for Jiren to show up and be deemed the strongest enemy Goku has ever seen and lose to Goku in under 40mins. Move copying is virtually useless since Gas learned the moves of every mortal in universe 7 including Goku of course, became flat out stronger than Goku, and he still couldn't kill Goku before Black frieza crashed the show and one shotted the entire cast of the arc. Who Goku might be as strong as now based on the beast Gohan statements, but even the dragon ball community does not know right now.
Not to mention the DB verse is larger than the slime verse, based on the Daizenshu magazine otherworld alone is the size of multiple universes, so That time I got reincarnated as a slime's entire verse can fit inside of otherworld (Both the "real" world and the world he was reincarnated in) and Goku and Beerus nearly destroyed all of U7 just by clashing fists in back 2013 which would be all of otherworld, the supreme kai's planet, the world of the living, and the miscellaneous assortment of planet to country sized pocket dimensions discovered throughout the series.
Even narrative manipulation would just be power crept outright at this point, it's just old news, pretty sure future sight wouldn't work on attacks with infinite speed since Goku can technically move without the flow of time since his fight with hit back in 2016, but predicting "future" attacks could just be the writers way of saying he just knows. I don't remember every single time Raphael has said "new skill unlocked" but as long as Rimuru has enough skills to counter, he should be able to just use his stamina and durability to outlast any Dragon Ball character that doesn't have absorption, Hakai, creation, or an Android. Which Goku has none of, just a VERY sloppy Hakai that even merged Zamasu was able to react in time to grab a hostage.

Lets first address the cosmology which is boundless and here's why,
Let's begin by explaining that Information is the Fundamental Building Blocks of Reality that make up all aspects in TenSura, that includes Dual states of Existence, Non-Existence, Negative Energy of the Forbidden Void and are the core of everything.
In TenSura, each World can contain inf multiverses with each universes having their own Time, Space, laws, concepts, etc. Each world also have an inf amount of Time Flow, cycle of time, producing what is known as an endless timeline loop or more commonly use as Time Lines. All this Time Lines has it's own Time Axis meaning, they do not share a singe time axis, but rather, they are their own Space-Time Continuums. ( multiple of the same Individuals(souls) can't exist in the same timeline at the same time )
Containing these inf worlds are dimensions and don't mistake it as dimensionality since there are different. Dimensions are also Space-Time Continuums with their own Time Axis and are capable of containing other dimensions of a smaller size. These Dimensions have a "Strange Space" between the Worlds that they contain, this space is unbounded by time itself. A normal Dimension can contain an uncountably infinite amount of Worlds, each with Infinite timelines. These worlds are non-overlapping, extending in different directions like infinite lines drawn from a single point in every direction in a plane. And due to these Worlds having their own time axis too, a Dimension will be Low Outerversal.
Something that Rimuru himself created with Ramiris is the Labyrinth, we should know that each Floor of the Labyrinth is a Dimension of it's own and there are different Dimensional Levels in the Labyrinth. A hierarchy is present as well. It is shown that Veldora was unable to destroy more than one or two floors even if he cracked up all of his magicules, and couldn't destroy multiple floors at once despite Veldora being a True Dragon which is the pinnacle of the TenSura verse that can destroy multiple worlds with his aura. This shows that the LAB has a dimensionality different between each floor with each floor is a dimension of it's own. Lab floors would be Infinite Layers and Lab above that, reaching Outerversal+.
Now let's talk about where everything happends which is the Cardinal world. The Cardinal Universe is in the Cardinal World. The Cardinal Universe has a Dimensional Difference over the Labyrinth in which it is the "Real World" (This is not an actual scaling feat but still). The Cardinal Universe would be High Outerversal because it has R>F to the LAB. The Cardinal World, that can contain an uncountably infinite of that, each of which extent in different directions, would be Uncountably Infinite Layers into High Outerversal.
After that, the Sub-Space, that are qualitatively superior to all that, will be Boundless. With the World’s Grand Space-Time Construction adding an additional Axis to it, would become Boundless+1 Layer. That is all for the cosmology for now since Vol 21 is only 20% completed and I haven't mention about the Promise Land. I didn't mention this because we have little information about it except for it seeing the world as fiction. :D
NOW FOR THIS FEATS AND HAXS

10.Rimuru can bring any opponent into a space where Rimuru is an omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent being that can manipulate, change, create, destroy, negate anything that is in that domain
MANAS ( CIEL ) :
Even tho them man did quite a good job on Ciel but Ciel is more op than that, Manas are beings which is made out of pure information particles and can manipulate anything that they can proses/know. Ciel known as Wisdom King Raphael has authority over all of information meaning she can change anything about TenSura into the way she pleases. It is demonstrated by Velgrynd using an attack which exceed dimensions on Rimuru but Ciel copy it and made it even stronger just for Rimuru to use it back on Velgrynd. Ciel is also the one who made Rimuru into a True Dragon.
FEATS :
1.Rimuru will always evolved pass himself infinitely everyday
2.Rimuru lock up heaven in another space showing how much higher his existence really is
3.RImuru with a test swing of his sword pierce Heaven
4.Rimuru seeing the end of time/story/reality

Things that you should have included (in my opinion) are Harvest Lord, Heavenly king, parallel existence, Space time king/god...
There are some things that are wrong like world = planet.
There are Veldanavas World and the Worlds like cardinal world.
Veldanavas World = all of tensura
Worlds = constructs that have different Laws (Principles). They contain multiple - infinite dimensions and timelines + realms... in them and are above the Labyrinth.
Lab has 101 floors that are each there own dimension and each floor is a higher temporal and conceptual dimension that are infinite in size.
The Labs outer edge is a place beyond the concept of space and time and can contain infinite Floors (L1A).
