Thank you for this review. I had an abundance of this yarn and thought I would make some lap size blankets. It used and Addi and Sentro and both struggled. I ended up taking them both apart to clean and grease because I thought that might be the problem. However, it made no difference. I spent a lot of time fixing tucks and dropped stitches. This yarn is a bit rough and I read tips from another knitter to weight the tube to help pull the stitches down. That helped a bit. Your point on the tension was also true. I loosened the tension and it did help. It's been 2 days of non stop fiddling with a two hour project and now down to only one tube left and I'm holding my breath. I think I will crochet with this yarn to use up the rest. It just didn't work for me to use the knitters.

I just got a used Addi Exp Kingsize and have never used any type of machine before. I’ll first use regulator #4 worsted acrylic, but I have a stash of wool blends with a bit of fuzz that I’d like to make into hats. Can the machine handle that type of yarn? Thank you.

@@jsorensens2 I haven't tried fuzzy wool yet. The best thing to do is to try it. Take you time doing it with little to no tension. If you can do 60-100 rows without an issue, it should be ok to use.
