Such a well mannered kid…Hatts off to both parents for giving him those values that will stay with him for life. I totally understand the nervousness parents would feel as your kiddo prepares to grow outside in the social world as I have a daughter here in the US who would be going to college in the next 2 years. Must thank Arin for sharing his experience in the US campus. The conversation is certainly worth listening for every parent who is willing to send their kids to US. Thanks so much Doctor for making such video 🙏
It is heartwarming to see this exchange with your son - we had a very similar talk since my son goes to USC as well. This talk drove it home for me and it’s awesome to see you letting him be independent and learn from his mistakes.
This is my first time hearing her husband’s voice. He is amazing. Now I know why she fell for him. I would too 😉. They raised him so well. Good job parents 🎉

I loved this conversation - so well articulated and sorted! Arin’s and parents’ perspectives are very well captured. This conversation talks so much about a wonderful parenting Madhuri ji and Dr. Nene has provided to their kids to make them confident, independent and good human-beings!!
This is such an informative video and really like the way Arin explains his experiences with utmost patience. The credit definitely goes to parents who are no ordinary people but the way they have brought their children up, speaks so much about them. Arin has his own personality and he will achieve greater heights as he speaks with so much humility and that’s a great quality to have especially at this age.
Loved this! I initially knew Dr Nene as Madhuri’s husband as I grew up a Bollywood fan, today watching this I forgot she was from Bollywood, it just felt like watching a wonderful family have a real conversation. Enjoyed hearing the east vs west stuff - fascinates me, as someone born and raised in the UK, how Indians have so much help with everything. Your son seems like a nice lad, well raised, I wish him the best for his academic journey and in life ahead!
I love the way whole family is at ease with each other & sharing experiences & it is not for the video but it's part of their lives👍👍.. Arin is so well mannered..

Madhuri you chose the right person as your life partner and created a well cultured family. Wish you the best. This is quite a guiding conversation to the students and family. We had the same experiences when my daughter went to UCAL, US for studies. She made it a point not to just be with Indian students but became friends with students of all nationalities and now the result is she has friends in many countries around the world. She just celebrated 30th birthday in 30th country she visited with her own scholarship money.
You all are so down to earth🙏I leave in USA and I have friends who send their kids to apartment rather than sending them to dorm so they can live independently. I don’t understand the idea. I salute you Nene family 🙏

Couldn't have been a better time to bump into this video... Although it's still a couple of months afar, but every time I think about my baby leaving the nest my heart fills up with joy and tears roll down my eyes....
The US undergrad education, is one of the best for the undergrads, especially if the children do not have the stress for paying for tuition. The friendships and bonds formed are lifelong. Will be interesting to hear why you all decided to send him to the US instead of UK and to hear more as your son makes his journey through his undergrad years.
I love how Madhuri still has an indian accent whereas father-son duo have an american accent understandable .Such a good healthy conversation ,loved it.also gosh they look so cute together
If you grow up in a country that accent dominates madhuri grew up in India so her accent is Indian just like mine I've been living in UK for 30 years yet my accent is still Indian but my children's accent is very British.
Very true but many people use fake accent though in India but Madhuri Mam hasn't done all that thought it's not difficult for her to have an American accent..

It was great listening to this talk. My son will be leaving to MCPHS Boston by end of next month. We are in California. I agree with him in terms of what he said about going out especially at night alone or as a group. As parents we worry about our kids. I feel like once as they go on their own they learn and discover what life is and learn to be independent
Thank you for this video. My daughter starts graduate school at USC in the fall. We live in the midwest. I am apprehensive about her safety, so it was good to hear from Arin on the subject.
Wow! M chose the partner made in Heaven. Loved how calm, collected, real and honest this conversation is! God bless you the family
Such a healthy conversation which is really important in family. Thanks for making us part of your life changing experience and making us aware of many things. Love to see Arin growing into a more matured person. As always inspiring. Once again thanks. God bless you all.
are the americans.no.they are Indians why don't they speak in marathi or hindi even at home.ridiculous
I love the way the family is, down to Earth no artificial gestures, look at the parents dressing, it seems like an ordinary family like us, even Arin you look so humble and real, no artificial acting and pretending, like most of the celebrities kids, Arin you, your parents are outstanding, remain as you are, no need to change your attitude, don't ever follow the spoil brats. Love n Respect from Makaysia.🥰🥰🥰🥰

@@nazneenariff4860 Yes, your absolutely right.
@@nagendranagar9387 you're the one who's ridiculous. If I'm not mistaken her husband and child are American bkrnww
Such a well mannered kid…Hatts off to both parents for giving him those values that will stay with him for life. I totally understand the nervousness parents would feel as your kiddo prepares to grow outside in the social world as I have a daughter here in the US who would be going to college in the next 2 years. I am excited as well as nervous…but goodluck Arin…you will do wonders dear💕
Must thank Arin for sharing his experience in the US campus. The conversation is certainly worth listening for every parent who is willing to send their kids to US. Thanks so much Doctor for making such video 🙏

Ideal parents..conversation with children at this age make them good human in future ❤he is blessed
Good job parents 🎉
itts so nice Madhuriji to see you as a normal mom in USA with the same problems as normal moms and same apprehensions when kid goes to college.. i could connect to you even more.
I love love love everything about this! Such a healthy conversation. So many desi parents fail to establish a mature communication with their children. All the issues addressed are very helpful. Awesome job at parenting!
I loved this conversation - so well articulated and sorted! Arin’s and parents’ perspectives are very well captured. This conversation talks so much about a wonderful parenting Madhuri ji and Dr. Nene has provided to their kids to make them confident, independent and good human-beings!!
Have provided**
What a lovely parent-child talk....this kid will go a long way, with this kind of personality...
♥️♥️🇺🇸
This is the good upbringing of dr Nene...madhuri is so lucky to marry such a well educated and polished accomplished man
I love the way whole family is at ease with each other & sharing experiences & it is not for the video but it's part of their lives👍👍.. Arin is so well mannered..
Watching from NYC… Mr. and Mrs. Nene thank you for sharing Arin’s college and life experience with all of us! Be blessed and best of luck.
Salute to both the parents for bringing up such well mannered and sensible kid.
Parents can be the best friends for their young kids. A child should always have an open conversation with his/her parents during their youth days...❤👨👩👦
This is amazing to see an Indian American household represented in true light. I am intrigued to hear about your experience in your transition from the US to Mumbai and how the kids adapted. Pls make a video for us in a dilemma. What a great kid and some amazing parenting!
Yes my 18 year old is going to flight school this year. So this will help me. We live in Cleveland and her flight school is in Florida, so as A mom yes M a little apprehensive..... Arin is such a great role model. Thank you!
What a fabulously grounded kid! Kudos to the parents for raising such a mature thoughtful young man.
What a well brought up, well behaved adult he has grown up into ♥️👼🏻!
I love the way they stick together as a family in spite of their busy schedule. It means a lot to each one of them and inspiring to the viewers!!!!
Mahaduri is so blessed to have a family like them. Love from bhutan🇧🇹
This was such a wonderful conversation. We are parents to a daughter who leaves home in 9-10 months and we would be lying if we said we are not anxious. God bless you Arin. So lovely hearing you speak about your experiences. Congrats to the parents for having raised such a well balanced boy!!! ☺️👍🏼
As a daughter leaving home in 9-10 months, I completely sympathise with you. Wish your daughter best of luck!
Love this family, giving them the tools to stand on their own feet is the greatest gift parents can give their children.
Our son is also going through the same experience that Arin is going through at UCSD. He is in 2nd year. He got accepted at USC but decided to go to UCSD for Premed. Very informative conversation for kids and parents. Thanks.
Such a beautiful conversation with so many subtle hints and details for both parents and children... Life skills.
A great family. A kindhearted and a well brought up child. Congrats Madhuri and Dr. Nene.
@@dakini80 exactly having an american accent is so understandable since he spent most of his life studying and working there.
@@joynavalkar777 so true
I bet you have not seen Madhuri saying samosaaa in an American accent, I see she does have an accent when needed.
It is heartening to see Arin, he is so humbled, well mannered young guy who knows how to embrace American and Indian culture.
You both raised him well, I’m diehard Madhuri fan but gradually moving to Dr. nene fan club😊
Comfort zone is a great place but nothing grows there. So glad to see Arin growing up into such a well balanced young man. Great job you guys. Throughly enjoyed this conversation and I could relate to everything. I am a mother of a Junior at Penn State. It’s great to see children living their best life. Good luck and lots of love! 🎉🙏🏼🥂🧿

You can tell Arin parents are doing hard work like most of the parents for his upbringing, Education, Manars, shows in his speech ,excellent work guys
Mr. and Mrs. Nene, you both have a such a polite and handsome kid! He patiently sat and talked to guys very well and explained things beautifully, that shows his very well upbringing. Hats off to the proud parents 👏

What is he studying?
I can totally connect with what the young man is saying, as I have lived myself around Irvine near LA for few years and in Mumbai as well I can see the shift we face but once you are out of this phase it gives you the confidence to live and thrive at any part of the world 🌎
Chairing an English department at a university in the US South during the pandemic was no easy task. Thank you for sharing your perspective, Arin. Our students definitely struggled, but they also persevered--with a lot of help, flexibility, and grace.
Agree 100%. I think everyone on every level should get credit in teaching, learning and participating in a very challenging time.
He was not in usa tht time .. why he is in india being American ask him this ppl giving wrong message to Indian public I m in USA I know how the he’ll education looting here ok
@@usaindianreceipes2964 ,whats wrong with you? I think YOU need to go back to school. You should take English 101. Who are u to put anyone down? If u disagree then don't watch. I think the video was very humble and knowledgeable. They are A great family .

Dr. Nene, you look a lot younger in video than your still pictures !!! Any how, God Bless the Nene Family.
I went to USC almost 20 years back and all of what Arin is saying is bring back all the memories we made at USC. Made me nostalgic !! Still living in LA. Arin, reach out any time if u need any help !!

My son is starting college this year so this topic was very relevant and helpful; I'm going to share this video with him.Its a very difficult time for both parents and children- your
conversation covered all the useful topics. After hearing such candid and meaningful discussion you've taken a load off my shoulders! Wish all the best to Arin and family.
Hi Madhuri and Dr. Nene
Hats off to your parenting
You have kept you and the kids grounded
Credit goes to the parenting
And yes he is a handsome charming young man ❤️
Thanks for sharing & best wishes to you all! I live in the west coast & my daughter
got into an east coast university, flying time roughly 5.5 hours, same country
but long distance. What was harder is becoming an empty nester when they get
a job on the other coast after college, great for them, but kinda, sorta miss them
a ton feeling! But such is life, they have to fly from the nest some time! Liked what
Dr. Nene said, give them the values, that I feel will help them soar:)
Thank you Dr. Nene, Madhuri and Arin for sharing this valuable information. So great to see a well grounded boy in this day and age, shows how well you guys have brought him up. God bless Arin in all his future endeavours.
Dr Nene it's a wonderful feeling when you get to experience it from your son now who is a teenager and God bless Arin with all the happiness and good health always. He is so well mannered and he reflects both of you there. He is definitely be a happy child and God bless him
Probably very few Bollywood stars have enjoyed their married life & nurtured their kids the way MDN & SN....Best wishes to Arin and May shri Ganapatibappa bless Nene family
Perfect family...this is the perfect example of how star kids to be...and such important msg you give....Madhuri is not just a star..she is example of good wife and very nice mother also
Content with Arin is my absolute favorite. My son is only 12 but I learn so much from your little guy. Hats off to you guys for raising such a fine young man! Not everyone has the luxury or privilege to give their kids the ‘world’.. bus so nice to see that even though you can, you choose to raise them so.. normally
your son is a star material... love for his son in Madhuri's eyes is just beautiful
Enjoyed the friendly discussion and wonderful support from the parents! Best wishes to Arin!! I absolutely loved watching this video as an aspiring college student!

This was a wonderful vlog. I liked how Dr.Nene became the quintessential Dad and embarrassed Arin at the end. Wonderful family and looking forward to more of this content.
Arin is a normal kid who is grounded! Dr. Nene has great role to make Arin who he is. Great parenting! I am sure Arin will excel on whatever he'll do. He is sweet and lovable.
