Guys, Please give a clear explanation about the word "Key" and "Algorithm" while explaining encryption. An algorithm is like a formula (standard ) does not change and open to the public but Key is secret and changes every time. Enigma machine setting is like KEY which changes every time but the actual Hardware is an algorithm that does not change.
Your videos are really good. I found some flaws while you explaining about the enigma machine hence I would like to correct you .having said that this is a really good video for students..

And German navy was not cracked until triton was deciphered. Enigma was extensively used by German army and airforce.

Enigma is the one which made step into the world of cryptography and AI and Robotics. I saw all those things first in the movie Imitation game. The way they depicted everything is amazingly very good. There are many take aways from the movie and scenes which created goosebumps. The power of mathematics and cryptography made Alan a god, the who decides who lives and who dies 🎭. Absolute master mind. It was after watching this movie I started exploring the Computer field. Alan's talents which made him a God and his idea 'Computers can think' amazed me. So that day my curiosity rised.
It's an awesome movie very inspirational one. Power of mathematics, cryptography, psychology and Alan's life journey are the main things to admire in this film. Everyone should watch it once and for sure you will watch it twice. 😅
