    Deadhangs have been really helping me the past couple of months. Give them a shot if you haven’t

      Yeah I've been trying to do hangboards but with my feet on the ground still trying to lift off a bit. Unfortunately, I'm not strong enough to hang my bodyweight yet. Thanks for the advice!

    Great video! I thoroughly enjoyed how you took us through each challenge. I had to laugh at your self assessment cuz I'm the same!

    @1:50, drop your heels a bit more. That will ensure max rubber and max friction for your feet
