if you only get rid of 7/8 vents on stark tower then let the time run out all of the vents respawn and you only keep destroying 7/8 of the vents its more efficient and you get more money hope this helps :)
Ik this was uploaded over a year ago, but if you just sit on top of stark tower, you can spam 7 out of 8 vents, then when the timer runs down they respawn, and you can do it again. It is a little better than going back and forth between the helicarrier and stark tower.
the best way in my opinion is In the DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE level when we get to human torch there are 5 doombots and we can get studs by killing them but make sure you don't switch to human torch or else doombots won't spawn after you kill them do this process as long as you want and you will get studs, I myself made 4million studs just by this 😂😂

Yes you need to complete some of the Deadpool missions and get the redbricks to get multiple studs
