The Neo Pad does not rotate 360 degrees because of the pin in the spud, just the angle changes when the pad is touched or tilts. This also allows it to conform instantly to the tone hole and seal perfectly every time. Because the spuds are engineered the pad moves very little once it finds its level position, allowing for instant response.
