      ... curious if any of Amazon's customer care service policies have changed recently ?? The customer service email I used back in Oct for requesting a replacement is now apparently a 'no-reply' email address? How can someone contact the seller today, to notify them they only shipped half of the order size purchased (half-set vs full-set) ?

    There's no point contacting customer service , it's just a back and forth stress with no help. I got full assistance from Fredrickthompson_

    They used to have the best customer service, probably in the world. Now it's just foreign customer service workers in their call centers, repeating a line from their script over and over, trying to get you to hang up quickly.

    After two years you are still providing stress relief. I went around in circles for hours on two different days but then went to youtube hoping for help. Hope shines forth!! Thank you so much!     This is awesome. Thanks man. After a week of getting screwed around on the site, I did this and have my 100 bucks back and it took less than ten minutes. I was looking all over for a number and you had it for me in 2 minutes. LOL Just understand you will be talking to someone in India, so it's hard to understand. But don't go off on them and it'll get done. :)

      Update: Thank you so much for your information. 'Amazon' had text me that my order wasn't coming. That I had to buy an XBox card and he would 'walk me thru it'.
      Seemed scummy to me.
      After watching your video I did the chat with Amazon and was told everything was OK with my order and there was no problem with my order. Glad I didn't fall for the scam. Thank you for restoring my sanity.❤😊😊😊😊❤❤

    Also if you have Amazon Card it has a phone number or Google the warehouse facility were you closer and youll find Address and more phone number there, if 1888 or 1800 you may speak with someone from another Country India Philippines or San Francisco as Call Center.

    This was very helpful, but Amazon has added one more step. "Get help with something else" now leads to a text chat. If the text chat doesn't solve your problem, then a toll-free number is finally revealed. I called the number and spoke with a person who was able to help me and spoke very good English.

    TIP OF THE DAY: not everyone has computers or smart phones. Your customer service is horrible. I can no longer reach the USA call center and your offshored customer service whom you don’t have to pay as much never provide remotely satisfactory service.

    I need some help.... but i can t reach to the amazon..... i try login... by some days into my acount.... and i forgot my pasword.... i rly can t reset it..... i have acces on the email what was created... by old number.... i not have it anymore.... i rly don t now what to do in this casse... bcs they not let me to remove..... and i can t reach to them somehow...

    I bought a pre owned kindle from ebay. But having real difficulty registering.
    They send a code to my phone but when I enter it, it tells me it's the an incorrect code num. Tried this numerous times but am getting no where. Any ideas now I can resolve this?

      Me too. I had to change email address as the verification for it wouldn't work, and then 'it isn't the correct one connected to you account', so no way in to verify with a new email. On and on...

    Hi Luke . What an instructional voice you have .
    Well I did everything you said to do …..
    They did everything you said they would do ..and then some ) but the window to enter my number opened .
    I was connected it confirmed . I heard music for 10 sec. Then silence .. now . As of 20 min. It shows I’m still connected . I didn’t hear a disconnect ? A recording at this point would be nice ( did I really say THAT)..
    am I really on hold ?
    Have they figured us out ?
    Oh dear they just disconnected me it sounds like ..
    Ok I thought I’d offer my experience with this .
    It could be I’m on hold bcuZ it’s 2 days after Xmas ? And I guess I’m supposed to keep the screen active by stimulating the screen. I dunno I’m guessing . Wish you had some suggestions. But thanks .

    I was able to call them! Speak to the bot and directly ask it to talk to a real person and it should give you amazon’s number.

    Everytime I call them there's always someone with an Indian accent and I seriously don't trust them especially when they ask me for my information

    Hey, anyone had trouble getting ANY service from the customer service center I have a problem with missing library. Rang a couple of weeks ago and the CSO promised to call me back, NADA. So I called today and worked my way up to a supervisor with more than half of the call time on hold. Spoke with the supervisor and was told she had to put me thru to the Change dept. She cut me off. Now I know that can happen but after 54 mins on the phone listing to that terrible music to be cut off I became angry and my inner Karen emerged. Called again, asked to speak to the same supervisor, Karen getting bigger, and was put thru to a completely wrong depth, she hung up on me, that was only 15-20 mins. My third call, "may I speak to a supervisor again" led to more crazy music then the CSO told me she would get the supervisor to call me back. Waiting, waiting, waiting.

    Hi, I'm having trouble reaching Amazon's seller support via phone. Every time I try, I get an error message that reads, "Internal failure - Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Try again." Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Their customer service is total sh*t. Apparently there's no option for The Stupid Driver Delivered To The Wrong Address. They even sent me the picture of it in front of the wrong address and they're still telling me to wait because maybe the driver just marked it as delivered too quickly. A warehouse full of dummies...
