The first class bed is so nice. I am a Delta frequent flyer and have been upgraded twice to Delta One from east to west coast (approx. 5.5 to 6 hour flight) which feels like a 2 hour flight when well-rested. Hot food is so much better than cold food in first class. Love Sky Priority boarding though! Not happy with #Delta for making it near impossible to get into their Lounge in 2024.
Was that $94 in AUD or USD? Thats a very cheap upgrade. Any idea why? Was Business Class mostly empty or was Premium very full or? I have Premium seats booked LHRTPESYD coming up very soon and hope my luck is as good as yours.
Hey, thanks for your comment! It was 94 USD. I'd say the business cabin was about 50% full. I didn't see the premium cabin but based on my other trips with CAL on the same route in premium economy, it's usually full or near full. Damn that's a long flight, really hope you can get a good upgrade offer. Try and do the online check in as early as possible then check for any offers. Have a great journey

For me it said that it was a special offer only for the online check-in procedure. So I'd recommend checking 48 hours before departure, good luck
do you have places of interest to visit in taiwan?
Yes there are heaps of places worth visiting. The nature is incredible in Taiwan. A very underrated destination
