I have the version 1 (I think) and love them for colder days.
And waterproof also and gauntlet is high enough to lockout wind and cold as it covers the coat wrist area.
When combined with using a heated vest with a heated collar on a sport bike the collar will warm my blood via the big aorta artery in the neck and within 20 - 30 minutes my hands also warm as the heated blood warms them. I suspect this works best with a sportbike as the hands are located on the handle bars below the heart. ?!?!?
That's a good point and very interesting to consider the actual physics of the hand location in contrast to the heart. I think that the blood flow does weigh in to that especially if you are warming it via a main pipeline! I feel the mostly exposed location of the grips on most bikes is obviously a factor too. I am going to do a review on a heated vest soon and I'm excited to see what kind of results I get! Thanks for the feedback and be safe!
