Pouce River gneiss??? What is it?

Was exploring the cut banks along the Pouce Coupe River in North Eastern BC Canada and came across this curious rock. It seems quite of of place given the history of the region. Leave comments below on your thoughts of what it is

I don't believe so. As far as I can tell possibly what they call gneiss. Basically squeezed rock but what made this cool is its size and out of place. Definitely open to suggestions though
