Range theatrics,Theatre of war, political theatre...war is Belligerent legally and literally. Its strange remember how wars use to be fought lined up in a square grid and all the insane rules? It didn't change until men stopped following them. What if war is still being controlled in the same way but by different means? Maybe its Game Theory and Wargames?
