If you kara-cancel the action charge fast enough you'll get the level 3 w/o an action charge. So basically it's 236K and immediately press and hold D so it'll look like this... 236K ~D~ 214S
I dunno exactly what you're asking but if it's can to combo into IKs like Xrd then no. The only character who can do that is Order SOL and that's because his instant kill doesn't function like most other IKs .
