Thank you for a wonderful educational video. I am so interested in trying to use a longarm, and I learned a lot from you. Your granddaughter will cherish this gorgeous quilt you made her.
I'm gathering all the information I can to make my setup as easy as possible. I have my hoop frame, 15" Elite, and QCT to load onto a windows tablet. I've seen many RUclips videos using the magnums to make loading quilts quicker. Got a set not long ago when they were on sale.
Your quilting design is beautiful! I am SOOOO GLAD that you enlarged the size! I was thinking it was going to be so tight and stiff! I love the pattern after you enlarged it! Thank you for showing us your process!
That was a great video, Becky! I'm a newbie to longarming and rent the use of one about once a month but it is going to be another month or so until my next session and this will be good to rewatch so that I won't be nervous the next time. Always worried I'll forget important steps! Thank you so much for taking the time to show each of these steps. And ps...I love my tshirt from your shop!
Probably would help to print template like you use on your embroidery machine. Put it in a binder with 8 inch height and other settings in case you want to use it on another quilt. It looks gorgeous!
Do you have a vertical channel lock on your machine? I happen to have a vertical lock, so i use it to keep me square, that is, if the quilt is square. Love all of your videos.😊
Thank you so much! I am learning all I can while waiting for a part ( moved from the 5 ft frame to 8 ft and 15 to the 21) and sure enough the automation didn’t fit the new machine 😬 so I am learning all I can, do you have another video where you move the quilt and start on the next row? ❤
@Power Tools with Thread I was hoping That you would show us how to lineup the next zone using the pattern in this video. To me it looked like the pattern was not Is straight at the bottom. I hope this makes sense.
Is the Grace tablet a regular computer tablet or is it special to work with the Grace frame? I know nothing about long arm computer screens. I have a Handi Quilter Sweet 16 sit down machine.
You buy your own Microsoft tablet to work with the QCT5 automation software. I bought more computing than I needed so I can be ready for future software releases and updates.
Hi Becky. I’m using a very similar automation system so I’m on a surface tablet also. What kind of “pencil” were you tapping the screen with please? Thanks very much!
@@lindabridges445 they are approx 18" long. I can lay 3-4 to cover a queen size top. I partially float mine. Yes they are taller but the space used is minimal. I added inexpensive knobs (30cents ea from IKEA) for easy handling

She's going to love this quilt. The pantograph is beautiful.
What an adorable quilt - your Granddaughter is going to be so happy. Such a great Grandma!

That is awesome!
Please consider doing a video as how you did sew magnet pockets into leaders. Thank you in advance.
Done!
Fascinating!
I always learn something watching you! Thanks!
Thank you for this . This is so easily explained

Thank you for sharing, I have a Q’nique 15 R and I am slowly learning how to use it.
I couldn’t ever remember all of that😂
Wow!!! Loving pattern and the size
OMG I love it. You will have to show us the finished quilt on your next video! Great job!

Oh wait I found another of your videos that show the next row, your the best!!
I love the design for this quilt, could you show us how to line up the next row?
I show how to line up the next row in this video. ruclips.net/video/ePG0-QphzBg/видео.html

Sorry, I didn't video that next row on that quilt. It stitched straight all the way to the bottom. Must have been the camera angle.
@Power Tools with Thread OK thank you.

Great they may be but not for $400. I will continue using my magnets from Harbor Freight at less than $8 each
Are HF mags you use the little round one or the small bars?

thank you for a fantastic tutorial as aways. may I ask were you got your snowman calendar wallpaper paper from?
Thanks! Here you go - www.shinyhappyworld.com/2021/07/free-wallpaper-for-desktop-phones-and-tablets.html
Beautiful 😍 Do you not use the blue clips to secure quilt top?
I do, but I usually forget them when the weight of the quilt is there is hold it in place. lol Good catch! oops!
What tablet are you using on the 21 x, we have a 21Pro.
Microsoft Surface Pro. It's probably more tablet than I need however.
If you already have red snappers, is it difficult to feed the magnets through the existing pocket?
Not at all. Already having the Snappers means you don't have to sew in the casing because you already did it.
How long did it take to quilt that using the automation? Just curious how fast it sews.
Does the machine always make that sound? when moving.
Mine does! lol
What size tablet do you have
I like your tutorial can you help with the new app artsspira ?
I've downloaded Artspira but I've not had a chance to play with it yet.
Can you transfer a pattern from QCT6 to QCT6+?
Is that loud noise normal?
It is on my longarm.
