Completely disagree on Brou being okay with a Christian conference. I think I’ve heard him talk about his religion twice in the fifteen years he’s been on TV, both times were directly related to the talking subject. He’s not a hypocrite. He’d absolutely say “do it in one of the many other times you have available”
We need to start being done with Nick Wright!!! He sucks if you know you know!! 🤷🏾♂️
Who is this guy talking thru the clip he needs to get his own podcast and leave the talking to the millionaires.
🤹
Having a discourse on the topics from some of our favorite sports show hosts, as well as our opinion of their personal takes is an enjoyable thing to a lot of people. Besides, what kind of person only listens to millionaires? Some of us enjoy what he has to say and watching the clips with him
Well thank you so much! I really really appreciate it!
I might not agree with everything he says, but this is his channel. This is the first time I seen someone react to these shows. I like it!
Thank you so much for the support!
I agree with you on this one. Jets will win more games if Rogers is healthier.
Crazy part is Chiefs worst game was against the Jets. Mahomes had 4 TOs and 1 play away from losing to Zach Wilson
You think it's going to be like last time? Rice wasn't he a good reciever at that time. Everybodywas dropping balls.
Breece hall is Adrian Peterson/Reggie bush
Aaron went to mid east to watch UFC SUadi Arabia.
He attended every pre mini camp workout.
He misses 2 by skipping mini camp.
No Big Deal.
Go Jets
Appreciate your take 🫡
Thank you!
Good vid my Dide 💪🏽
I doubt they make it, they have to get past buffalo and miami in their own division, so they are not likely to win the division, and there are too many good teams in the afc, if it was the nfc it would be a different story, with rodgers not playing for a year coming off of injury its a stretch to say they are for sure making the playoffs, and not showing up to mini camp is definitely detrimental, i dont care what it was for, when you are out there putting in work and your star qb who has not had much time actually playing with the team doesn't show up, it makes u feel a certain way
It's definitely not an easy path. As long as everyone stays mostly health around the nfl, I think we're going to see the most competitive and close season we've seen in a looong time.
I think you make a lot of great points but if Nick was consistent about his take on the Eagles in this segment it would only help his point. I think he's just trying to avoid a tangent and going with the consensus that Jalen & the Eagles are good because it doesn't hinder his stance much here.
This isn’t Forrest things first? WTH
A Christian wouldn't skip mandatory work to go do it.... he's not talking about his religious belief. He's showing he's not all in. It's a valid point. Brou is a man of integrity. Don't question it
You misunderstood my take completely.
Im a chiefs fan and like nick wright, but he do be interrupting peoplewhen they talk. I wanted to hear everyone what they think about it.
Haha apparently only he’s allowed to interrupt people
Better bet they make it, Julian. I'll break this down for everyone
AFC West will have KC as a lock most likely
AFC North will have B More as a lock
AFC South has no locks imo
AFC East could have BUF and MIA as locks
Even with that, all NYJ would need to is be a Top2 bubble/wild card team. I think they can do it. They're in imo
To add to your point, Tampa Bay with Baker Mayfield also beat garbage teams mostly too, but got definitively beaten by the better teams. Eagles in the RS easily beat Bucs. Lions easily beat Bucs too in the RS & again in the playoffs
Even his Chiefs during the regular season were sort of similar too. Look at some of their losses. Lions, Bills, Eagles. All playoff teams that beat them
Look at now some of their wins. Raiders once, Chargers twice, Broncos once, Bengals with Jake Browning, Patriots with a garbage QB rotation. Jaguars who ended up being a non-playoff team. All garbage teams. Are you kidding me ? Brou should've COOKED him on that losing teams point by bringing up his Bucs and Chiefs lmao. Boy, they be letting him slide and doesn't FLAME his ass on some of this 😂
Afc south quite literally have a lock because someone has to win the division
texans are a lock bro
I totally agree. Ugh. This season really can’t start soon enough! There’s just so many great storylines ahead of us
If all their wins last were against bad QBs, fine, they still win those games with Rodgers. Does rodgers make a difference against the teams with decent qbs??
Haha exactly! They literally almost beat the Chiefs. Imagine thinking Aaron wouldn't have made a difference in that game.
The Jets' over/under is 9.5 wins, so an above average team that need some fortune to go their way, and they have a lot of injury concerns. Probably somewhere from 7-10 to 11-6. They play 8 playoff teams from last year. Pretty tough for a 3rd place schedule. (They played nine playoff teams last year) They have an easier first half schedule, which doesn't favor them with their injury concerns. I would say their odds of making the playoffs is about even. They have really good odds if Buffalo and/or Miami are considerably worse this year, and they might be. Their last five are two against Miami, Buffalo, Rams, and Jaguars.
That's a tough schedule to finish, but if you get off to a good start maybe a team or 2 in there is struggling with injuries or internal conflicts or confidence (see philly last year)
@@iceberg54321 tua could go down, maybe the bills offense takes a step back without diggs, is anyone besides Nick wright totally sold on trevor, and Stafford has injury concerns as well.
@@jaybird3134 Yah, I don't see them making the playoffs unless they beat out at least one of Miami or Buffalo.
That's what I would like to know...if it doesn't fit his agenda...which is to be right all the time...he disagrees...
Who?
Miss the playoffs is the better bet, but its close, very close.
Yeah Nick is acting like there’s zero chance.
Every year two to three teams, in each conference, that didn't make the playoffs the year before make it. Jets could be one of those teams.
Talking about the NY Jets is unnecessary right now.
Why?
Nick cooked these guys right here 😂💯
Not even close. That’s why he was getting so angry.
Fact 1: Nick interrupts everyone, all the time, but wants SILENCE when he is debunking or making his points.
Fact 2: Nick uses same arguments for and against teams he likes and teams he doesn't like. They always help the teams he likes and always hurts rhe teams he doesnt like.
Fact 3: This is Mini Camp. Who gives a damn? Nobody 3 weeks from now, thats who. Not much going on in the NFL right now so "much afo about nothing".
Fact 4: As good as Caleb is and as highly touted as he is he is not in the same conversation at QB compared to even an older Rodgers. A few years from now who knows. But right now he can maybe hold Rodgers' cleats until he makes an All Star nod or wins an MVP.
I think Nick is smokin' something other than barbeque to put Caleb on a path to the playoffs over Rodgers and the Jets. Chicago could finish 3rd in their division!
Haha he was getting legit angry this segment. He just hates Aaron so much these days and is super high on Caleb and the Bears. But I'd love to know why his new QB rule applies to the Bears but not the Jets
@@JWLSports You are absolutely correct! Nick has been hyping Caleb for a year now. He is at least as high on Caleb as he was, and is, on The Prince. With Nick it's all about being first. First on Trevor, first on Caleb, if you are not first you are last. That's why he will die on the sword even if Trevor does not achieve Princely greatness. There will be an excuse. But if and when his picks have a great year he will pound his chest (as small and weak as it is ....lol) and say that he was the first to predict their greatness. Short answer It's Nick being Nick.
It’s not the religion it’s the press conference where he said it’s not a sometimes thing speech is the problem not going to church or whatever your were trying to say its the hypocrisy of Aaron!🤷🏻♂️🤯🔫
I cant disagree with u more on Brou's faith being apart of his take. His faith has NOTHING to do with his opinion on Rodgers.
I think you’re confused by my take and my reference to Brou’s faith.
@JWLSports forgive me if I'm saying this wrong but I think u stated if Rodgers were away on a Christian retreat, Brou's take would b different. If that was it, I don't agree with that logic.
I understand Broussard is a man of faith, but I don't see how that would change his viewpoint if Rodgers were away on a Christian retreat of some sort. Again if that wasn't what u stated, on me, my bad
That’s totally fair. I think the way you worded your first comment made it sound like I was saying since he was Christian he has an issue with it. Like Brou is being intolerant. And that’s not my stance at all. I think we just disagree. Which is totally all good!
You can’t guarantee that at all… if he (Aaron) was a Christian he wouldn’t have been going on a retreat when he was trying to win a fucking Super Bowl because he would understand the effect that him doing this will have on his team which is what Chris is talking about…
If he missed for Christian reasons same issues
I don't think Brou or other members of the media would feel that way
@@JWLSports easy to say
@@JWLSports I’m Christian and I miss church for work and maybe so should Aron Rodger’s since he makes way more also he doesn’t have a designated day for church
@@dansmad01 maybe he should. But ultimately it's his choice. If there are negative fallouts he will deal with them, just like the rest of us have to. Overall, in a few weeks nobody will care about this storyline.
@@richardgonzales3562 kinda my point also church in Christianity has set days for attendance Aron set the day of attendance himself and set it on a day he had work
You keep mentioning Maholmes had a down year but it would be a career year for most QB. His down year don't apply to other QBs. That's a tired argument. Ijs
It would not be a career year for other QBs. 😂 That’s not even remotely accurate.
@JWLSports over 4k yrds 27 passing TDs and a 92 passer rating? That's down to you? 20+ teams would kill for their starting QB to have 1 of those stats.
Literally any team with an actual starting QB has a QB who has hit those numbers. Literally baker threw for more TDs. 17 other QBs had a passer rating greater than 90. Literally Geno smith and second string QB Jake Browning had a higher rating than Mahomes. Rookie CJ stroud had a higher rating. First year starter with the youngest team Jordan Love had a higher rating. Derek Carr had a higher rating. 😂 Mitch Trubrisky had a higher rating with the Chicago Bears. Career years for qbs like Nick Mullens and Bailey Zappe? Sure. But that’s really the standard you’re comparing Mahomes to? 😂
@JWLSports yeah but they didn't have them all together like Maholmes did that's the difference.
A lot of them put up very very similar numbers. Nowhere did I say Mahomes played like trash though. I’m just pointing out he’s a great example as to why stats aren’t everything. Because if you just went by the stats. You’d say Baker last season was a better QB. Or Tua or Dak. Which is just absurdity.
7 wins, tops. AR won't last 12 games.
We will find out soon enough!
What are you saying is BS .
Rogers is getting high, ok.
Bulls won 8 games last...ok
Now, they should win at least 3 more
Uh what?
Does Christianity have anything to do with football
Ain’t no way you’re defending Aaron Rodgers from doing drugs in the jungle.
It’s more complicated than that. I unpacked it much more deeply in a previous video.
@@JWLSports even if it was an actual religion, it’s still ridiculous. Missing work due to religious events is grounds for firing in my opinion. He’s brushing off responsibilities and promises he’s made that’s why everyone is mad. I don’t care if it’s stinkin Christmas if you’ve made a commitment you get your ass to work. He’s a bum.
No one is mad within the jets organization. No coaches or players.
Sorry boss to compare drugs as same symbol
For christian!!! The crap
He might well be drinking mushroom tee and compare to
That the jones.
I fast forwarded every time you paused and talked. Sorry
🤹
If your argument is that going to a drug retreat is the same thing as going to a Christian retreat, YOU'RE RIGHT. Choosing to do anything other than going to mini camp is proof that you're not "all in". And as an atheist I can say that Christianity is a drug, and does nothing to help you win football games. Aaron broke the rules, and that is NOT how you show your commitment to your team.
It absolutely can improve the quality of your life and mental health. So I disagree.
For you to say taking drugs for your own use and mind thoughts or whatever is the same as a Christian praying to Jesus, is a load of BS.
Dude you’re tripping! If you listen to Chris then you know missing any thing for work is not good, except something serious. Religion is way more serious than drugs my friend. This life we live now is just now it’s just flesh there is more after life.
We can all agree that if he’s missing anything over drugs is a bad look. It’s not that hard.
You’re greatly confused.
Rodgers getting high and finding his spirit😅😅 stop the BS. We dont know what he doing or where he is. He too WOKE for religion. 😅 rodgers full of snit. I doubt he is even where he said he is😮😮
I don’t believe in religion. I think it’s stupid. I can get down with the whole ayuauska spiritual thing though. And in Peru I know for a fact that Ayuauska is NOT illegal. It depends on where you are Brue. Not illegal over there. I’m sure there are other countries where it is perfectly legal. In Russia is is perfectly legal to walk into a store without any prescription and buy Coede
Mmhmm!
If you're a Jets fan bro just say that. Sounds like a big dose of cope.We don't know you and will never ride with you over first things first especially with this anti Christianity angle . Find you something fruitful and i wish you the best.
Nothing I said was Antichristian 😂 wtf are you talking about?
Except, Christians, catholic, jews, don't di drugs, so it's not the same
Not even close to being accurate.
Reality is Jets are still a joke franchise. As soon as Gandalf gets hurt or things don't go his way, he'll mentally Sahdowfax his ass to some alternate reality-- season over. Probably sooner than later.
haha I give you credit. That's a funny comment!
You don’t know jack about what Aaron Rodgers is doing his own coach and G.M don’t how would you lmao 🤡…First and Last time entertaining your gusto cuz First thing was off today but you sir ain’t it for me anyway adios
I know what he’s doing because I’ve studied it intensively and done it before. And see ya! You won’t be missed. 🥳
Lol bro aaron is just going out and tripping balls in a cave somewhere. How can you compare that to Christianity?
He’s doing a lot more than that. What he’s doing is deeply spiritual and therapeutic for his mental wellbeing
@JWLSports I meant no disrespect to the spirituality of it all. I'm just highlighting the fact he's taking some of the most potent psychedelic drugs in existence lol. I wouldn't compare it to a Christian retreat, and I understand why his team isn't happy about it lol
What I’m trying to say is to him it’s equivalent to a Christian practicing Christianity. Speaking with god, Jesus, prayer, etc. He’s not just getting high and partying. I promise you. Haha. ayahuasca is actually extremely unpleasant. You get very very sick the entire time.
@JWLSports I agree I never said it was pleasant lol
😂😂😂 When you do it you got crap coming out of both ends of your body. Nonstop.
Why keep bringing up the Christian faith? Why be the religious bigot?
😂 what are you talking about? Not once did I say anything negative about Christianity. I’m literally preaching about religious tolerance. 😂
Dude shut up and play the clip…
🤹
Aaron rodgers is getting high lol drug abuse
Inaccurate
Aaron Rodgers has been overrated his entire career
disagree
Agree, no championships without the Cutler injury
I was going to say no, but to a degree you are right! I think if would stop with all this other stuff and just focus on trying to get back to that aaron rodgers we all know then yeah, but I don't see it. I think he just all talk now
