In Europe they have different prices for dry cut and wet cut and cut with blow dry. Maybe it’s like that there too. Dry cuts of course are the cheapest. Maybe he can only the cheapest cut.

Si es tan bonito y ligero tener el pelo corto se siente hasta la cabeza más liviana pero si efectivamente primero le hubiera lavado el pelo xque si lo tiene muy sucio ni las tijeras le podían cortar el pelo se lo hubiera cortado con la maquinita del pelo más rápido ha pero para ese pelo se necesita una máquina industrial 😢
