This integration allows both countries to conduct financial transactions in their own currencies, the ruble and the rial, bypassing the U.S. dollar and the SWIFT network. The initiative is part of a larger effort to enhance economic sovereignty and circumvent Western sanctions that have limited both nations’ access to international financial systems.

Seeing this video title gave me great pleasure of my disclosure abut hating the IMF in 2010 at a global gathering where few Central Bank Directors were a panel at a conference.
This also tells me that those especially the conference event Moroccan Government executive who were present and heard me speak against the IMF were stupid of not approaching me to secure my services in reducing Morocco External Debts.
