As a army veteran I’ve served in Iraq and have used the metal health services of Walking for the wounded charity. I agree that cycling can really help support mental health. As I do bikepacking, road cycling a commuting, Sigma is my go to cycle shop and I probably buy way too much from them. 🙄 I’ve not long bought a Kinesis GTD frameset from them as I find the process of choosing components and building up a bike from scratch therapeutic as it takes you away from your day to day issues as your concentration in on the build. Having a bike cave can really help So this vlog really hit home to me personally and can relate what cycling outdoors can offer 🙂🙂🙂🚴♂️🚴♂️
This is WHY I gravel. No Watts. No KOMs. Thank you for sharing. #sharingiscaring
Great story. Really connected with the last couple of lines. Thanks Chris, Thanks Sigma
