I agree. I’ve never done a round off dismount off the beam before but when I was in gymnastics I learned it was easier to hurdle into your round off to get a little more power and height off the beam
Good observation. Looks she doesn't get enough momentum on the run into the round-off and thus doesn't have enough power to generate a good bounce/punch off the beam for the dismount
@@hmrhuang I wonder why Valeri never changed it into more of a skip. The weird thing is that she never lands that dismount in nationals/US competitions (except 2010) but seems to be very consistent during both 2009 and 2010 worlds

Im upset she will not be joining us in London, but she is an amazing girl. Knee surgeries and foot injuries dont stop Rebecca Bross.
