Royal Enfield has been slowly gaining over it's competition. Royal enfield now sells more bikes than HARLEY DAVIDSON the luxury Motorcycle brand. How? In this video, we break down HOW EXACTLY has Royal Enfield gone from Bankruptcy 25 years ago to now where it has 95% of the market share.

Bro honestly policy bazaar ka sales process bahut ghatiya hai, Mujhe literally sue krna pada that inke sales calls band krwane ke liye
These guys don't sleep, putting out quality content in just a gap of 2-4 days is extraordinary.
Bro they have a complete team, they are not working alone, still appreciating the efforts for making quality content. 👏
How do you know they don't sleep🤣🤣🤣
I guess yes, they're so much in love with their work they just can't sleep
My doctor once said if you have found a purpose for your life you'll never wanna sleep (but your body can command other wise sometimes)
@@nesi4094 that used to happen with me and my sleep schedule got messed and then health 🥲

one more thing they did for brand image is their expeditions, which make royal enfield synonymous with adventure. Royal enfield Himalayan despite all its flaws was my dream bike after it came out. I bought it 6months ago and it was the first big purchase I have ever made. 6months and over 8000kms later, I don't think I have ever regretted it for a second
Neelakasham Pachakkadal Chuvanna Bhoomi - a Pan Indian Road Movie of 2013 starring DQ in which the hero n his friend travels from Kerala to Nagaland on bullets, created a huge craze for Royal Enfield in Kerala that time. From then, in Kerala, the count of RE Owners increased exponentially in Kerala.
Even before that the classic twins started the RE boom in the country..Now they also have the Meteor and Himalayan to carry on..
My malayali friend has told about this film. Dulquer became a big deal in Tollywood now so my friend told me to watch this Malayalam film of his xD
driving RE 350 from 6 years, done 43k km. it is not a bike it is emotion...

U mean gear-less scooter?

As a Motorcycle enthusiast, RE's transformation in the recent years has certainly been very interesting to follow. Introducing the 650 platform did wonders for them and the recent change to the J series for the 350s got rid of most of the issues their bikes had that kept me and many others away. RE is also probably the only brand that sells good quality riding equipment along with the motorcycles making it more accessible for people in smaller cities where it is much harder to come by.
One thing I thik was a miss in this video was the RE Continental GT cup that started last year and will further increase the brand image and aspirational value of the company as a whole.
Hey Guys, Love the videos y'all do.
Just a Small Correction, The Interceptor was actually a historical model brought alive again at EICMA 2017. But it was only in 2018, That customers went awe over the bike and rest is history.
Another great video from you guys. Such good research and filmmaking it’s just amazing
8:52 , guy on the extreme right giving superb expressions, really underated actor. Aevy TV should give him meatier roles often, since even in this small chance he delivered so well. I see a lot of top notch natural potential
Guess no spammers as of now. (Except me)
Don't forget policy bazaar 😢
Aevy is a vibe guyss!! I can clearly see the points implementing in the video which Varun bhai used to state on his channel!!! 💥💥💥💫 keep going team.
4:00 in and not one skit. *teary eyed* Thank you 🙏🙏
I believe another important thing was the dream bike for most of 90s kids is RE. I believe it is also once of the most important reason why RE took off is because 90s kids grew up and they had a chance to own their dream bike.
Guys, Honestly I was having a bit of rough day but just the starting scene of your video those three hands coming in action literally made me laugh out and bought a smile on my face.Thank You So Much Keep The Good Work Up Guys ❤️❤️ Lots of love
wow! Just keep up the flow of such valuable content. Editing, Reseach, and everything else is top-notch.
Day by Day Aevy Tv is taking its content to next level.....🔥🔥 Keep it up!!!!
Aevy is a Vibe ❤️ !!!
Bro you commented before finishing the video.
@@unmesh And you commented before Aevy Tv 😂

Hey Aevy TV, Please share a Behind The Scenes Virtual Production Studio Tour Video.
Few additional pointers.
1. There was a UK based design studio called xenophya headed by a chap called Mark wells. They used to work with RE during the classic 500, cafe racer times. Later Xenophya shut down and that team is now RE Uk studio. All the newer bikes like Interceptor and Super Meteor are from this studio.
Also huge shout out to the marketing team in Chennai and Delhi. There was a Milind Soman campaign called 'Ride' which was a rage back in 2012. RE marketing did lot of Himalayan odyssey campaigns which is iconic in itself.
I was an engineer in the classic 500 team back in 2012.
You guys get better every single time !!! Insane work 🐐🐐
You guys are doing a great job!!
Royal Enfield Created True Emotion amount BIKERS - GREAT CONTENT as always.
i love the way how the narrator narrates the things in a cheerful way which makes me watch more
this was a really thorough and well studied topic, we are really greatful of your hard work, Appreciate a lot...........
Royal Enfield bikes + Volvo buses + Eicher trucks
The trifecta of brand recall and recognition from the same company!
In south India, you see a Royal Enfield bike in every neighborhood.
Got late to the comment section this time . I always loved how Royal Enfield was able to work on a community of bikers ,Now I also know the other part of the story how they positioned their product with the help of Army collaboration . Cool stuff to know
loved the motion graphics mate. Great job with that Ocus and the research and production quality too has to be the best in the genre .. Keep booming guys
Wow yt channel's like these are becoming rare these days! Subbed 👍
congratulations for 200k guyss,,,, long way to gooo
Aevy TV is vibe .... congrats for 200k u people deserve it 🔥🔥
Just 1k more for 200k..You guys have came a long way....🥳
Man o Man that Thunder sound....u should have highlighted the iconic roar of a royal enfield... people feel more attracted due to it too.
That video editing effert tho...... Killing it man. By seeing it, Im eager to learn it.
ReallY hats off to you guyss ..
I really want varun to do the video host and he really keeps the videos engaging and his voice really has some magic to keep engaging the consumer or viewers to be exact 💯.........his voice really stresses about points where there was a turning point in the business
Advance congrats on hitting 200k 🎉
great video as always!!!!!!!!!!!
You make really good videos, you gonna rock in future
Good one guys, felt like watching Powerdrift. Which is a good thing.
i wish sometimes instead of highlighting the big successes and the popular ones, youd highlight under the radar or under appreciated indian businesses. Im sure all states have their own niche /quiet success stories. itd be nice if you highlighted those and more small businesses
More than interseptor it was the classic 350 which changed the game RE...launched in 2010..it was the bike of chaice for all the youngsters..and till date the highest selling RE bike
Dem'n yar what a content I am sure brother in short time you will get great success keep it up bro👍👏
I like and relate more with papa ocus's narration 💗
As always, great content!
3:15 in the video Jawa isn't a Japanese Company it's Indian now bought by Anand Mahindra. And Jawa's birth place is in Czechia.
you can't change the origin country though
Today I and my friends went out drinking. To us, it was always only one bike. Enfield is love. Classic 350 Supremacy.
Maybe you can make the ad placement and the case study into individual segments rather than purposefully integrating into the case study
i am always amazed by your videos , thx for making them ✨
AEVY NO WAY. I just thinking how did royal enfield came up and from where because I am planning to buy a bike and the first video when I open RUclips is this. IMPECCABLE TIMING. SUBSCRIBED (for reading my mind somehow)
This channel is awesome ,Varun mayya is truly inspirational and the way he dissects any scenario or case studies shows his extraordinary intellect .I do miss the music videos at the end .Hoping to see similar case study videos for tech- companies like :
(1)rise and fall of controversial companies like Theranos , Nikola, enron, Fyre festival ,dan bilzerian etc
(2) rise and disruption created by google, instagram , AOL,Whatsapp ,tesla ,space X.
wish there was more content and more data, it felt like watching R&E journey with Eicher at a 2x speed
Great work guys!
Amazing content as expected. Liked even before Watching!❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Here in Germany at least people consider Royal Enfield an Indian motorcycle manufacturer that makes British bikes (British in the sense of Style and type).
9:55 bro you are wrong at this place they sold their tractor divison... They have trucks and bikes business+ they have invested money in volvo power train too
Really like there contents and the way they express we can clearly see there hardwork in every video
The way to ad was so smooth wow
after watching this video
I finally felt that my birthday was the best
Aevy Is A Vibe❤️
happy birthday :)
@@aevytv Thanks Team Aevy
Your Content Is The Best
Keep Growing :-)
Fun fact: It's the only bike in the world to use diesel as fuel. (I got that from a Netflix show)
Edit: That's the case with the Bullet, which is supposedly discontinued.
It uses deisal not petrol? I didn't even know it even exists.
Royal Enfield is an 💓💓💓💓💓 power of Indian oldest brand
Love this because it is an Indian brand, but hate the RE biker with noisy silencers passing by
yaayyyy congo for 200k subs hope we will se more team members taking up as host in future :) (hope they are good at hosting XD)
Indians want to rule the world 🇮🇳🇮🇳
Jai Hind 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Bro that's a Continental GT 650 🥲 (not interceptor 🥲) It started in 1965 as the legacy of cafe racers (ContinentalGT 250) then it transformed into a Continental GT 535 in 2014 in India and people went crazy on that. Lastly it transformed to the bike we all love Continental GT 650 in 2017 , an unbeatable legacy of cafe racers in India (mid-segment) outselling harley and Triumph motorcycles.
Aevy is a vibe!
Great content!
New video from aevy tv. Nice
Learned a lot from this video!
Royal Enfield bikes have indeed come a long way, but the most common complaint is the bikes are underpowered. It is understandable, Royal Enfield can't risk alienating their huge Indian fanbase who take gas mileage very seriously, but sometimes I also think that Royal Enfield must also cater to the people who prefer high power output over mileage. They must focus more on making lower engine capacity but high power output machines like KTM does. Not that the current Royal Enfield machines are not good, they are indeed very great.
Great video. The last image is Continental GT not interceptor i guess!!
Man i didn't even know about interceptor since im from punjab and we embraced the standard bullet from royal enfield which i also own. Great information btw.
A channel which gets a like before the video starts

Even after all of this, LaL 's Hunger did not stop. He made sure Aevy TV makes a video on Royal enfield. That's some crazy hunger.
