I've recently uploaded a couple of ad breaks to my channel which contain this Drug Smuggling PIF (or shortened versions of it) and bizarrely both of them have thrown up the exact same thumbnail as yours, with the man grimacing behind the prison bars. I've not yet gone public with them, mind.
This was when I just finished my GCSE finals and started was on my thirteen week summer holiday. Great times, I felt like Student Grant.
