I am too much of a noob to finish Black Myth Wukong, So I gave up on Metal Gear rising revengance after the first boss lol. I will play it one day for the memes. Hi-fi Rush was an incredible experience, very fun action/rhythm game. God of War Ragnarok PC was INCREDIBLE, most optimised AAA game i played this year, and was so fun, and the CRATER was like its own DLC so much good quests and narratives. (Tip: DO ALL SIDE QUESTS BEFORE THE END) I spent more time on Balatro than Valorant (Its addictive) Cyberpunk, at least 150 hours (continuing over from last year - I took a gap due to the updates breaking all my mods), and yes lots and lots of modding, Peak Cinema. Phantom Liberty should have won game of the year (as we learnt this year even DLCs get nominated) - but Phantom Liberty has like 90% of the best quests in the game. Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe - go in blind (EDIT: Dude, there is Firewatch inside this game, like literally, i cant explain, but its a mindf*ck of a game) Five hearts under one roof (Someone told me it was very good graphics maybe UE5 -its a K drama dating sim where its literally video not graphics lol) As a current coc gamer i will check civ 6 soon I am scared of getting into BG3 because i know i will probably spend an even more unhealthy amount of time on it. I get extra completionist in smaller games especially when they are less than 10 hours long.
Best games ive completed in 2024 were all from before 2020 - Detroit Become Human - Uncharted 4 LOTC - God of War 4 - Last of Us Part 1 - Metro Exodus These games still looks amazing graphics and storytelling and gameplay is still better than some modern games And the best part is all under 50-60 hours and can be completed in 1 month.

Geralt deserved better. Skyrim: Dragons attacked, mods ruined it, too much effort to steal. Stopped. Valorant: Addicted, raged, quit, came back, meh, quit again. Days Gone: Zombies + bikes + guns + story = awesome. Finished it. Shadow of Mordor: Great combat,story, dull world. Still completed. Castlevania lords of shadow : Good game, bad DLC. Done.
