ECHO instruction 11: Heavy metals and soil nutrients

Citizen Scientists will have to fill the small plastic bag with soil and seal it tightly. Then they must place it in the big zip-lock bag marked with the QR code from their toolkit and seal the big bag. Citizen Scientists must check the ECHO App to ensure the tasks were completed correctly before confirming that the soil sample procedure is finished.
