For anyone who doesn't want to (or can't) listen to the video, the bees are attracted to him due to a synthetic pheromone (that he invented!) that essentially turns him into a giant queen bee. Normally in the hive the bees will cluster around the queen because she emits this pheromone, and he has simply recreated it. By taking small drips of this liquid and placing it on his clothes, the honeybees are attracted to him and will not sting. This is also how they "wrangle" bees for movie and tv production. Movies like "My Girl", "Fried Green Tomatoes" and "Candyman" all used this method (and his guidance!).
Now he has been stung plenty of times. Unfortunately they can get into spots where they get squished and sting out of reaction. The key for him is to not panic and to simply remove the stinger with a fingernail.

Some people shrug off bee stings like they're nothing. On the other hand, some people are deathly allergic to them. If you fall into the second category, this here is probably not the life for you.
What if he can command the bees to attack by pointing at something.
