It took me a stupid amount of time to find my prom dress. I'm almost six feet tall, I wear size 16 clothes, and I didn't have much of a budget. I also had to find a dress that would look good in flats as I have a foot deformity that stops me wearing heels. I was convinced the universe didn't want me to go to prom! Luckily I found a gorgeous dress. I have an hourglass figure, with a bit of extra meat on my bones, and I found that colour block panels work really well, because they're sort of asymmetrical but not too dramatic.

I got my dress for like $160 AUD from this website called www.jjshouse.com.au/ This is just the Australian website but I'm sure they have an American one and what not :) Honestly guys, I wouldn't recommend this place if I didn't like it. It has SO many dress designs/colours for all occasions and they shipped the dress out in great condition and it arrived at my door so quickly! Would really recommend checking it out if you're shopping for a really beautiful dress on a budget :) xx

I’m an hourglass body type and I’m really small. I am underweight, no matter how hard I try to gain weight, so I am very thin, and have very little boobage. I am shaped more unusually so this makes it hard to find clothes that fit.
