  • Around this time of the year, when cold fronts are blowing in, the weather gets a bit windy so I usually leave the kayak at home and fish from the shoreline. Even having a pedal kayak like the Hobie Compass isn't going to help with the wind being 20 mph+. During the flounder run, they are usually stacked up around any waterways leading out to the Gulf of Mexico, so look for these and fish them hard. With that being said, today, I'm fishing in the Galveston Ship Channel looking to cash in on the annual flounder run. My day started at 9:30AM and limit out at around 11AM. Not a bad day! Go out and get on some flounder action yall!
In future video, I will go over my tackle and what I used for flounder fishing. Hopefully, it will help some of you, stay tune! If you haven’t already subscribed, please subscribe, like my videos, and leave me a comment!
