Working on my 67 Firebird convertible. Found the car in a field where it was sitting for 25 yrs. I've replaced the floorpans, and rear qrtrs. Now moving to the front of the car. This was very helpful. Waiting for the tools to arrive to get started on the windshield removal.

Hey Brian, another great video! You said to let you know if any of us had a first gen we're working on... Well, I'm not working on it yet but whenever I start putting out videos "later this year I hope" I'll be working on a 69 Camaro. It's not mine yet but Mom already has it written in her will that it will be

Like the way that tool worked on trim. Everyone explains but never demonstrates. Second generation here. I think would work the same.

I used that tool on the back windows, however, I ended up smashing the front windshield out. I also found that using some wooden shims between the glass and the surface helped and prevented the window from re-sealing.

You know I didn't think about using the extra wood paint sticks to do just that! Great idea man!

Great video! I'm working on an Oklahoma model '67 Firebird and removed the chrome trim LONG ago. Your video was very helpful for reminding me how it came off! Your videos are encouraging since you're working in a home garage without all kinds of fun tools that us regular guys can't afford. Keep the videos coming! I'm looking forward to your reroofing job. I have a little rust repair to do myself and need the motivation to get started on it.👍
