    Cool vid man! You know I've been doing solar installations for over 5 years. I freaking love it. But there's alot of issues I've encounter with installs planning that make it so hard to be efficient. My main concern is we're always getting blamed for being over budget on time but we always get wrong measurements on plans and missing material.I have voiced my opinion and been shutdown multiple times.Any advise?

    • @buysolarlocal
      @buysolarlocal  6 лет назад +5

      Jason these are all valid concerns, & in my experience if you have wrong measurements on plans thats mostly because the site visit tech who did the preliminary analysis took the wrong measurements then he feeds that to the engineer & now everything is off. its a big problem & leads to a lot of frustration for a crew.

      You are ignorant... the fastest/toughest way isnt always the best, and is rarely the safest... i was in the oil/gas field... there are times that call for using brute force, then other that call for serious caution/safety precautions. You should come be a roughneck for a week tough guy, i would break you... period! Cant stand you "look at me, im a badass" type.. you are always the quickest to walk off the pad! Also, NEVER promote unsafe work behavior.. not everyone is the same. What you may do with "ease" may get someone else killed... everybody wants to go home to their family at the end of the day... as they should.
