The flower gold needs charcoal to attach out of sulphides....another trick is potting soil in the fire has risidual copper and zinc to drop out the gold....either way your efforts are very encouraging 🎉
@@GetTheGold777 I tried to comment but it won't let me. I so wish we where neighbors! We could go on golds hunts all the time! No one on the east cares to go on gold trips with me so I go it alone! Great Video 🏆🏆🏆🏆
That is a really good haul for a reprocessing of what is probably 1/3 of a bucket worth of material. Multiply that result by about 75 and you should have your per-ton approximate result. You may actually be getting enough from this reprocessing alone to make it worth while in itself. As a bonus amount though it's pure gravy.
With the Gold Claw pan you can eliminate the classification(the whole point of the gold claw pan), I use a magic bit spinning magnet under my pan on a drill to remove the magnetite. If anything, as an alternative I would use a Miller table for the fly poop gold as a final run. I will try roasting/crushing some of my beach sand and and see it makes a difference. Thanks for the video.
God I would have loved to have seen how much gold came out of the sand had you crushed it a bit after roasting. Just a few hits with a hammer, powderize everthing that didn’t go through that second to last sieve 😘👌 I would gaurentee if you crushed that all and ran it again you’d get even more than what you got naturally released through the cooking.
@@GetTheGold777 Burning tree leaves also releases arsenic. Quite a bit actually. Just do it outside and vent the area well(breezy day would be ideal)

You have to define “worth”. Is it cost effective? No, not by a long shot. I average about 19 cents an hour. Is it worth it? Yes! I’m treasure hunting. I’m fulfilling child hood dreams. Plus it gets me out of the office and back into nature.
the amount of time - effort - and energy used, just to make a few extra bucks ?? .... just get a PART TIME job at Burger World !! .... you'd make a HELL of a lot more money !! ... AND you get free food !!
Hi Jim, the gold’s value was $7.04, and as of today I’ve earned $12.90 on the video. Therefore I’ve earned not quite 2 times more off of the video. I like how you think big.. if I was getting those numbers I would quit my full time job. 😆

Very cool. I'll definitely try both of these.

Some of the richest gold mines were found among pyrite deposits.
Yes, I've read that. I just watched a video of Jeff Williams removing the gold from pyrite.

Interesting. I have not tried that before. Good idea with the magnet.

You're right! I crushed the roasted ore, but I forgot to crush the sand. Sigh. Next time.
Did you also roast the bashed up pyrite rock?
No, too dangerous. I read that it might release arsenic, so I didn't want to mess with that.

After spending 200 bucks on materials, you got almost 1 dollar of gold! 🥇
Ummmm, No, not quite that much. :-)
How to make glass ?? 😮
I don’t know where you found the quartz with the pyrite but here in South Carolina/ gold is in the pyrite’s
Thanks! In going to grind about 5 pounds of it to check for gold.
@@GetTheGold777 grind it and roast it at about 1000 degrees Fahrenheit and then you should be ready to collect your metal
Cool stuff man 😎👍💯🔥🇺🇲
Thanks, I appreciate it!
Next time roast your pyrite. Charcoal is use to collect very very fine gold. I would heat with propane. You neighbors will appreciate it.
Thanks! I'll definitely give that a try.
Add a surfactant to your water and slow it down. Your flour gold will drop out!
@@PattiKAZ Bingo!
Good set of welding gloves and heat-resistant sleeves will go a long way
Excellent point. I'll look into these. Thanks
I feel like the heavy machines shouldn't be getting gold, it tears up the land to much, you way is much better 😊
It is a delicate balance. We need the gold. But we need to be good stewards of the land, too.
A blue bowl can do good job for that ??
I think you meant to say "blue bowl" 😆. The Blue Bowl would work well with the smallest material.
@@GetTheGold777 hahahah yeah sorry fingers mistake 😂😂😂
Your running your water to fast - slow it down a bit. your losing your flower gold
Thanks for the tip. I'll try that next time.
I Thought The Water Was Being Run Too Fast
Thank you For Clarifying
Keeping It In Mind
Even from the burned wood.. ashe sometimes times you will find gold if the roots of the trees in reach area@GetTheGold777
Have to agree, been a few years, but that waters moving to fast

Will do!
Can you imagine the gold one might find in the sands on the beaches of Nome, AK?
Yes! One day I’ll go on a gold prospecting adventure in Alaska.
U can get gold from pyrite
Yes, you can get gold from pyrite. I don't do it because, in my opinion, it's a little dangerous. For me "the juice is not worth the squeeze". :-)
@ yes it could be quite dangerous if you’re not very careful and in a very ventilated area
Meany have spot, need one
I’ll bet there are some spots near you!
I hope you keep your tailihg$. Micro gold.
Usually I dump them when I'm done.

Yeah...I don't do it for the money. I do it for the adventure. Maybe one day I'll hit the motherload :-)
