"If a Thai holds more than 25% they can control your company"? How? If you have 49%. It means you need not 2 Thais to hold the 51% but 3 instead? When I had a meeting with lawyer about this they suggested me 49% and 2 thais 25.5%.
So you become majority share holder in company ? How about income from company ? Do you have to share with them according to the shareholding percentage ?
