Awoken skill:
I am unsure if Beast Awoken is DLC.. but if its not:

Max Friendship with Whis. Requires level 90 or higher

Serach for player match (not quick match) and select all regions, if it says no room found, try again... and again, and again😅 or challenge / be challanged against other players in multiplayer lobby.
