3.2% is just a start. Would Congress be happy if they got a chump change raise like they want to give us? Of course not! This is ridiculous! 3.2% for them would be roughly $5,000! That's the kind of raise we need.

The ads for these $$ cards. Ughh Drive me crazy. Gotta be on Medicare... can’t be on Medicare OR Medicaid etc. Why can’t all of the people that need help.. get help. I don’t qualify for any of those programs. I’m not going to complain but it’s just odd how the figure out who gets help and who doesn’t. I don’t have Medicare, my sister has Medicare.. I can’t get help,she did get help(the card) but when she checked out, the card would only co we about 35-40% of her items. It was all medical supplies.

Every little bit helps. With the COLA raise,I got 32$ more a month.. my rent was raised almost 20$ more a month
I say WE the people vote them out of office send them to the streets with a monthly payment being $943
And now we the people in turn will receive weekly checks instead of monthly checks we will get paid what they were making while they were in office.

3.2 is never gonna be enough! If it really did mean anything who the hell here can even wait till January!! We need help NOW! They act like they are giving us something! Just one rent increase is more than those numbers you said! Where us any of those increases gonna really gonna change our lives??? They will take our SNAP! Then we have to worry about about Medicares increase, we will end up with ZERO! This happens in real life between Medicare and snap so 3.2 isn't even a handout!
When I see it, I’ll believe it. A 3.2 raise, is a slap in the face. You say it’s not much but it’s better than nothing. Might as well be nothing. I’m just saying.

For people like me and others that are in the same boat the raise doesn't do much good because the money we get they take away from food stamps so where not really getting ahead and they need to do something about that if they really want to help us

Waking up to a little raise...better than nothing i guess, $29 On a payment of $900, Mail comes later that day.. The letter inside says they ⁵are taking $28 Out of your EBT. Now this sounds more like the truth.
In all honesty the people on SSI have been at least $1000 to $2500 behind for many years. How about start by giving that much to get them caught up.
Yes we will get a raise but for us on EBT we lose some of that so it doesn't help

Electric alone in my state is up by over 20 % and another hike is coming. Groceries here are up over 30% there is no way we gonna make it out alive it's terrible . It will eat everything extra up

You know what I've always seen when we have a cola increase. Basically whatever they give us to go up to a new amount. Becomes the new Norm with the bills going higher for the people who have to pay him regularly. We just get stuck in the same place with a little bit more money with what we got to pay like they do. There's another channel that explains the reality about social security. They are trying to shut down social security but there are some in government that's stoping that from happening and they are talking about having requirements.
Hey Matt and Corey, I have a question for you. Here's the thing. How and where do they get the 3.2%? Here's the way I see it.. Let's say we take the month of March. Everything is up 3%. Are they saying it up 3% from February? Now let's say, in April that everything is up 3.5%. Is that up from March? Now let's take May, everything is up 4%. Is that up from April? If so, that would mean everything has gone up 10.5% from February. What I'm getting at is where and when are they saying it's up from. You, I and all your subscribers see it everywhere. In our homes, paying for heat, electricity and water. Go to the store, you see it at the gas station, grocery store and our basic needs at other stores. I want to know how they figure the percentage. You know with all this money they say we're getting four stimulus checks and stuff like that I don't see where it's coming from I make $938 a month on social security and I ain't seen nothing going into my banking account. If you bring Biden back again we are just going to go downhill a whole lot more. So if they're going to give us some money I wish he'd give it to me I'm on social security and that $938-in crap that's why we should give us another stimulus check but they won't.
